Knapp jede vierte Person in Deutschland kennt Streit an Weihnachten. Dezember 2026

Those who know me well know that sharing cacao is one of my love languages. 🤎 Cacao medicine and the plant itself holds a special place in my life. For me, it brings pleasure, strength, and a Heart-to-Earth connection. And then there’s the simple magic of sharing a cup with others. Believe me, I drink a lot of cacao. I’ve tried many different varieties, and I can honestly say: @ikatcacao is the best I’ve tasted so far. Having someone so dear to me as @amasoma_dita behind this initiative makes it even more special. But my love for IKAT goes beyond that personal connection. Born on the Indonesian island of Flores, @ikatcacao is much more than just another cacao brand. It is an extraordinary regenerative initiative I’ve been lucky to accompany and support since the very beginning. I’ve witnessed the team’s dedication todeliver an exceptional cacao - in every part of the process as they call it “from tree to cup”. And the care that extends to everything around it: fair collaboration with local partners, regenerating the soil and caring for the trees, sharing sustainable growing practices with farmers, strengthening the local economy, and supporting the communities who make it all possible. I know how much resilience, care, and determination this work takes. Seeing the beautiful seeds planted along the way begin to grow makes me deeply happy. Being an ambassador for @ikatcacao feels like a natural extension of something I’ve loved, lived, and believed in for a long time. And because sharing cacao is my love language: if you’re curious about IKAT, the project, or trying it yourself, my DMs are open. 🤎 #cacao #rawcacao #ceremonialcacao by @aniapilipenko_

Ania & Isabel by @aniapilipenko_
Kostenloses Live-Online-Event. → Link in Bio Wir freuen uns auf euch. Closing this year with a heart full of gratitude and humility, in awe of the wild mystery of life. It wasn’t the easiest year - but one of the most transformative.
Some big dreams were meant to break for something essential to arise: A new dimension of freedom, creativity, and unconditional love.
And a deeper trust in life as it is. For this, I’m giving thanks to all my teachers, beloveds, and friends who held space, showed up, and reminded me that we all carry medicine for each other.
Deep gratitude to all my clients who said yes to my companionship, allowed me to witness their truth, and showed up with real presence, commitment, and trust.
It is an honor and a great joy to be walking, learning and growing with you. For now I’m stepping off social media for few weeks. This time, no big travels - just simple immersion in a winter cave.
Slowing down to digest and regenerate.
To give time, space, and attention to what is meaningful - like simply being. Listening. Bringing more presence into everyday connections.
Deepening my meditation practice. Finishing the trauma training with an amazing teacher Dami Charf.
Weaving the new venture together with @isabel_kresse_berlin - an offering that brings together all that we’ve been learning through our lives… I know creation takes time and has its own pace - it’s not about pushing, but about being present and steady.
So I am. If you want to stay connected or collaborate,
feel free to reach out via aniapilipenko.com to send a request for mentorship, mediation, facilitation, or consulting. I’m very excited to nurture the new season with you! Take care of your body.
Nurture your spirit.
Keep the fire of longing alive. With love,

Few words on healing - as I’m returning from a deep introspection, carrying a great sense of gratitude for the path of transformation I’ve been walking. Grateful for the teachers who have accompanied me through many years. For my spiritual family - and all the families across the world - for every prayer and every sacred space held on this planet, keeping the fire of renewal alive. And gratitude to all my sisters and brothers - to each of you who keeps saying YES again and again: YES to opening your heart to feel, YES to facing the unknown, yet it is scary, YES to meeting the shadow that rises as we step into the light. To everyone whose longing for change is greater than their fear of it. Whose determination is stronger than their doubts. YOU, who move on through hardship, anxiety, and resistance - one breath, one step at a time. YOU, who choose liberation over comfort. To all of YOU - I honor your courage, your commitment, your sacred work. Every effort to heal your own wounds is a gift to all of us. Each of you contributes to the collective by tending to your own part - by not spilling unprocessed sh*t into the world outside. For this it isn’t just inner work - and it’s never merely personal. Healing is possible. And you’ll know it when the scars are revealed, yet the wounds no longer hurt. That’s when it’s real, and it’s all have been worth it. And you know, you’ve come a long way, and learned that the ego will always find reasons not to meet the truth. But it’s the HEART that longs to open in every direction - to feel it all, from the deepest pain to the greatest ecstasy - trusting that this too is love. Follow its passage. You’ve learnt that the BREATH is that rabbit Who will guide you through every storm. And it’s not control, but DEVOTION that reflects your true power - the key to your healing and liberation. No matter which medicine, method, or practice you choose - it’s only DEVOTION that will make it work. And when you know, that healing is possible, support those who are on the path and struggling. Let them know they are seen, and they are not alone - comment HEALING IS POSSIBLE. ❤️ by @aniapilipenko_
Few days ago life served me an old story from almost 20 years ago, confronting me with some abandoned parts of my past-identity, bringing a lot of guilt, shame and self-abandonment onto the surface. Today I’m ready to turn the Wheel Of Karma and happy to share what came through: 🎡 Today I forgive myself for hurting myself while hurting others. Today I forgive all others for hurting me while hurting themselves. Forgiveness toward oneself is the first and most crucial step on the path of liberation - not only for oneself, but for the entire collective. Only by releasing guilt toward ourselves can we truly experience peace with others and the world around us. Only by embracing our own mess with compassion can we truly accept others and create deep intimacy in our relationships. Innocence and purity don’t mean living a flawless or guilt-free life. They are a choice: to release old narratives of guilt, shame, and not-enoughness. It’s about detaching from victim-stories and stepping into the beginner’s mind. From here, we can start, learn, and create from a pure, curious and liberated space, reinventing ourselves and choosing our values and integrity. It’s about choosing compassion over shame. Choosing vulnerability over perfectionism. Choosing freedom over suffering. Choosing peace over drama. Where are you still holding onto guilt or victim-stories from the past? How can you bring more kindness and compassion into those places? Can you allow yourself to let go of an old story and choose to start a new one? 🪷 May All Beings Be Happy Be Peaceful Be Liberated by @aniapilipenko_
