Raw milk + Raw truth about:
Health, fitness, + nutrition🥛🥩🙌🏼
Because mainstream health has us sicker than ever😵‍💫
Common ≠ Normal ≠ Healthy

Raw truth: Obesity.

It’s not your genetics.
It’s your environment.

Obesity shouldn’t be normalized. Your health is your responsibility—and that means you have the power to change it.

It’s on you.

Raw truth: Vegetables 🥬

Vegetables aren’t the health food you’ve been told they are.

The most nutrient-dense foods on the planet have always come from animal foods.

Want to be healthier?

Stop eating toxic, low-nutrient plant foods.

Eat more grass-fed beef. 🥩

Raw truth on “just a few drinks.” 🥃

Alcohol is not harmless. It is a toxin. No matter how little the amount, it is still a toxin.

And your body treats it as such.

The moment alcohol enters your system, your body shifts its priority to getting rid of it. It affects your hormones, sleep, recovery, gut health, metabolism, mood, and far more than most people realize.

We call it “moderation.”

Your body still calls it alcohol.

Today marks 2 years alcohol-free, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. 🖤

Your everyday habits matter more than you think.

You can’t supplement, medicate, or exercise your way out of consistently neglecting the foundations of your health.

It’s the little things you do day after day that add up.

Your daily habits are either supporting your health or working against it.

Which one are you guilty of? 👀🖤

Just checking in…

We’ve become so obsessed with making life easier that we’re forgetting how to actually LIVE it.

Outsourcing our thinking, our decision-making, our problem-solving… all in the name of convenience.

And what are we doing with all that time we’re saving? Consuming more. Scrolling more. Chasing the next dopamine hit.

We’re losing our independence, our awareness, and our ability to find joy in the ordinary.

Not every inconvenience needs to be eliminated. Some of them are what keep us engaged in our own lives.

Common ≠ Normal ≠ Healthy.

Alcohol doesn’t relieve stress. It creates more of it.

It might temporarily change how you FEEL, but what’s happening inside your body tells a very different story.

Sedation isn’t relaxation.

ZERO SUGAR ≠ HEALTHY.

Aspartame. Sucralose. Saccharin. Stevia.

Just because you removed the sugar doesn’t mean you removed the biological effects.

We’ve become so obsessed with calories, macros, and sugar grams that we’ve stopped questioning the actual INGREDIENTS.

Stop confusing sugar-free with healthy.

Zero sugar doesn’t mean zero consequences.

It’s 2026. If you’re STILL doing these things… it’s time to do better. 😵‍💫

Things we’ve normalized that aren’t normal: eating food without knowing what’s in it.

We research everything we buy… except what we put inside our bodies every single day.

Stop blindly assuming that just because something is sold in a grocery store, it’s actually food.

Big Food cares about profit, not your health.

Turn it around. Read the ingredients. Question what you’re eating.

Your health is worth more than convenience.

76% of American adults have a chronic health condition. 52% have more than one.

Our genetics didn’t suddenly change.

Our environment did. Our habits did. Our food did.

You cannot build a healthy body out of garbage.

Feed your body garbage, expect garbage results.

Want to change your health? Start with your nutrition.
