LCF’s original John Prince’s Street home, a building that shaped 60+ years of designers, makers and creatives faces a demolition decision tomorrow.

We made this short film with alumni, designers and educators to show what’s at risk and why retention + reuse must be considered.

This isn’t anti-development.

It’s anti-erasure - cultural, architectural, environmental.

Watch, share, and add your voice.

Morning s3x. Coffee. Croissants. Honest conversations about desire ☕️🥐

Welcome to S3x for Breakfast - just one of the brilliant event series created by curator Jo Sharff @sharffy for Sircle Collection at The Sir Devonshire Square Hotel.

I sat down with her to hear how the programme came together, as the full series brings together brilliant voices including Vex King, Anna Williamson, Johann Hari and Sabrina Zohar to explore the deeper themes of relationships, attachment, addiction, anger and eating.

Basically: super affordable group therapy with pastries / drinks. I’m so in!

Tonight @vexking will kick off the ‘Between the Lines’ series at 6.30pm in conversation with Mark Heywood about how to stop being a people pleaser. Book your tickets over at Eventbrite 🎟️

Get all the tea with me and James Cannon @bbcinsurrey on the penultimate episode of The Celebrity Traitors which airs tonight @bbc 🔪 @thetraitorsukofficial

We’re talking suspiciously trustworthy faces, who’s been flying under the radar, and how the endgame might unfold. We’ve put our predictions in stone for who we think will take the win… but will our instincts be any better than the players’? ⚔️

I’ll be back on BBC Radio Surrey tomorrow, 30 October at 8:20am, talking about tonight’s episode ahead of the final. Have a listen! @bbcsounds 🎧

She couldn’t find the beauty event she wanted. So she built it herself 💁🏾‍♀️✨

Donna Dia joined me on The Midweek Reset @hoxtonradio to talk about the luxurious Beauty Beat event she has lovingly created, with true representation and actually listening to what your community actually wants.

Hormones, skincare, proper conversations, a little Mel B… and a goodie bag I’m clearly struggling to remain professional about 🙅🏽‍♀️😂🛍️

Fancy joining me? 💄✨ A few tickets are still available for next Sunday 1 November… head to The Beauty Beat’s Instagram @thebeautybeatevent to book!

Friday’s Celebrity Traitors had myself & James Cannon in absolute bits @bbcinsurrey 😂

One room: Miranda Hart and Leigh-Anne Pinnock teaching each other Big Mix moves. The other: Maya Jama, James Acaster and newly recruited King Kenny attempting to murder in plain sight by being so boring trying to make Ross Kemp and Jerry Hall yawn. The editing? Chef’s kiss 💋

And that cliffhanger… We’re still not over it. Can’t wait til tonight! 👀

A love letter to sisterhood, resilience and laughing through the chaos 💛

I caught up with talented author Tutku Barbaros @tutku_barbaros over at The Midweek Reset @hoxtonradio about her book, All the Women She Knows, her upcoming workshops, and how she builds and holds community as a trauma-informed writer.

We talked about the book’s eleven short stories, following eight women at different turning points in their lives, and how they navigate grief, love and joy 🥹

And, a small ode to silly men in offices… iykyk. Actually, we shouldn’t joke about that - it’s actually a dangerous place… where I met my husband! 😂

Tutku also shared a poignant writing prompt for us all to try: “How am I feeling today?” Then ask again: “How am I feeling, really?” ✍🏽

If you fancy joining her at one of her workshops - give her a follow and get yourself along to the next one!

Berlin at midnight, a Dutch producer, and one unforgettable title: “The Guy Bangs” 🎶

I caught up with the gorgeous Caro - @caromusicofficial for The Midweek Reset @hoxtonradio to hear how the song came together after she and a producer had written the more emotional track, “Already Lost.”

The result? A playful, self-aware story about that dangerously magnetic guy everyone seems to want… and the surprise of feeling a little possessive, too.

“I had to stop watching people living their lives.”

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and my friend Gosia @ohmygosha__ shares the emotional reality of living with stage four breast cancer: losing her breasts, withdrawing from the world, and finding connection with other women who understood.

Her story also carries an important reminder: breast cancer doesn’t always present as a lump. It can involve skin changes, including an itchy, eczema-like patch on or around the nipple that won’t heal.

These changes can have other causes, but any new or persistent change to your breast or nipple deserves a GP appointment.

Thank you, Gosia, for trusting me with your story and speaking so honestly about the harsh realities of living with cancer @hoxtonradio 🤍
