Back where we belong, the Panther is more beautiful then ever…We even cleaned our windows. Come along for a ride with me this summer. by @anja.m.adler

I don’t trust others easily. I want to. But I also want to protect the parts that have been hurt early on in life by the ones I trusted most. I am talking about family AND friends. When I was 11 years old, my three best friends turned on me. From one moment to the next, they stopped talking to me and initiated that my whole class would not do so either for almost half a year. I have been very careful in friendships and in groups ever since.

This past weekend, Simon and I got to spent three intense days with some of our mutual friends at Bucht der Träumer. I cuddled, was supported in allowing myself to rage, to shine, to laugh out loud, to feel sexy, dance on stage (even though I didn’t know the DJ personally). I even got to share the shame I felt the next day for being seen. I also made the experience that I couldn’t keep up with the party train and that my crew was there to check on me. It was beautiful because I felt like I belong.

And at the same time, I didn’t. Some parts of me are never really sure that they are safe. All my senses register subtle changes in group dynamics, possible warning signs of danger. I have been sitting with fear ever since, needing a lot of after-care and reality checks with many of you. Thank you for witnessing the not so glamorous parts, too!

I look forward to a slower fall season now. Celebrating the last bits of summer‘s intensity. by @anja.m.adler

HipHop was my first love. So, I am still processing that I got to jump into my alter-ego Jenni from the Neubaublock and play the opening of the sauna floor called "Broiler Room" Simon and I created (see Mini-Christmas-Broiler lights 😍).

HipHop brings our such a different side of me. I guess, you can tell how much I enjoyed it. Thanks to everyone for shaking, nodding and raising the energy with me!

Also, after every co-creative event we do, I am thinking it cannot get any better than this. And then it does and the magic happens again. Wow, thank you @its.i.l.l.i and @juljenkaa for another crazy Erwachsenwochenende, for magical moments on the dance floor on Saturday night with @felixbetzler @kotelett.music @jan_mir_berlin, for all you talents out there at the cabaret @thegreattaubert @bastabloom @@julian_r_wagner, @chaosmika_official. This keep growing up and beyond.

🫧 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘄𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴?

Somewhere between endless to-do lists, everyday responsibilities and worrying about what the future might hold, we sometimes forget to imagine the futures we’d actually love to live in.

Out of our own longing to reconnect with positive visions of the future, we dreamed up a little experiment — and thought, why not invite others to dream alongside us? ✨

🌈 21 days of collective daydreaming.
🎧 One short guided audio journey every day.
🫧 A little space to pause, imagine and explore what’s possible.

We’ll share our dreams in a collective Dream Journal and look out for little pieces of Future Evidence — glimpses of the futures we’re dreaming of that are already emerging in the here and now.

This is ment to be a playful invitation to make imagining positive futures a daily habit.

Wanna dream with us? 💛

Comment „DREAM“ below and we’ll send you the link to our WhatsApp community.

Let’s see where our imaginations take us!

Lots of love,

Vorstellungs-Kraft: Gemeinsam Zukunft gestalten - Lisa Jikeli und Anja Adler, THE GOOD CHANGE

In times of crisis, polarization, and growing uncertainty, it’s easy to get caught up in the challenges of the present. But how can we create a better future if we struggle to imagine what it could look like?

@anja.m.adler and I have been invited to explore this very question in our upcoming keynote at the Stronger Together Conference – Gemeinsam Zukunft gestalten: Towards a Resilient and Just Society on November 2nd in Berlin, hosted by @kiga_ev and @tolerantes_brandenburg .

Together, we’ll explore imagination not just as a creative capacity, but as a collective resource, a future skill, and a democratic practice.

🫧How do we envision a future in which diverse communities can truly thrive together?

🫧 How can we move beyond organizational boundaries to collectively shape a more just, inclusive, and regenerative society?

🫧 And how can Futures Literacy help us turn uncertainty into possibility and imagination into collective action?

Through an interactive exploration of possible futures, we’ll invite participants to challenge their assumptions, expand their sense of what’s possible, and discover how shared visions can become a starting point for connection and collective action.

Because imagination isn’t an escape from reality. It’s how we begin to transform it.

And the future isn’t something that just happens to us. It’s something we have the power to imagine, influence, and shape together.

And perhaps, in times like these, reclaiming this very power is one of the most important things we can do. 👉👈

📍 Where: Vertretung des Landes Brandenburg beim Bund, Berlin
📅 When: November 2, 2026
🎟️ Tickets: Free admission

Would love to see some of you there and imagine what’s possible together! 🤍
