We lived by Lake Constance for four years. There, the autumn months are very foggy and wet. Those four years alone were enough for me to forget just how wonderful autumn is.

Vancouver 2026 🇨🇦 — a few pics of the city

If you had told my past self 10 years ago that I’d be traveling to Canada as an “American”, I would have laughed and thought, you’re crazy. Well, here I am today 😅☺️

Summer is coming to an end. You can really tell by the temperatures now. It's getting too cold for me to go swimming.

Mini Tote Bag inspired by @madisonwiseco 🥰 Here’s my latest sewing project. I love the fabric and the size of the bag. The handles are perfect for wearing it over the shoulder.

I’d like to sew a new version with a closure and interior pockets. Do you @madisonwiseco have a version with interior pockets?

I did it! My first top made by myself. ☺️😝
It took me three tries. Now I've finally done it.
For the next top, I'll make the armholes a little deeper. And I want to add short sleeves. 😊 by @anna.laureeen

🇺🇲 Happy Independence Day! We officially moved to the United States just in time to celebrate America's 250th birthday.

In Switzerland, National Day is celebrated with fireworks.
Here in the U.S., they celebrate with an impressive naval parade and an air show.

Here are a few pictures of the parade. Have fun looking through them. 😊
