POSTS STORIES REELS

We were walking our quad tandem bike through the streets of Wagga Wagga when a man passed by. He paused briefly, surprise flickering on his face, before quickly continuing on. For nearly a minute I tried to ignore the feeling that I needed to speak to him, but eventually I decided to sprint back and find him. As I turned the corner there he was about to get into his car. What began as a light conversation about our crazy bike soon turned into both of us crying as he shared that his wife had taken her life several years earlier and he had finally just booked in counselling to begin processing the grief. Countless stories. Countless people we met who were all grappling with dark thoughts, loneliness and the loss of someone close to them. The Australian culture of a ‘she’ll be right mate’ larikan vibe can often lead to people keeping it all inside. Unwilling to ask for help. Dealing with it on their own. But often then it becomes too much.

It’s been two months today since our quad tandem bicycle rode into Bondi Beach after 6 weeks of crossing Australia. My first week being back home I slept 10 hours a night, journaled every day and didn’t exercise once. It was a strange week. It’s been hard to find the right words to process it all. @ride4life_aus left an indelible mark on me. One of deep reflection, sadness, hope, overwhelm and an appreciation for the simple things in life we need as humans. Connection. It makes all the difference. And for those who don’t have it, life can feel unbearably dark, leaving them questioning their own worth and purpose. We can be the person that chooses to connect, love and be the change in others lives. Connection. Relationship. It means everything. It is the heartbeat of humanity. It is what makes us feel alive and want to stay alive. Call your mates, tell them you love them. by @annabeadenmusic

Last night 🥹🙏❤️
It’s hard to put into words the euphoria of singing alongside such incredible musicians and singers. All experts in their craft. United in praise to our wonderful Father. Such an honour to be a part of the Sing Praise evening in Sydney. Cannot thank @benmilismusic and Sanja enough for their vision and hard work in putting this amazing night together.
This concert has made a lasting impact, not only for the participants and listeners, but in also raising more than $5000 for Betikama Adventist College in the Solomon Islands ❤️
Also special thanks to Kay who loaned me her spare dress after spilling water on myself 😂 (a definite upgrade to my previous outfit, maybe it was meant to be? )

How’s your daily walk going? And I’m not talking about exercise… by @annabeadenmusic

An incredible privilege to share “Unimaginable” with a global Adventist audience at the General Conference Session 2025. I pray the audience saw a glimpse of the world to come and the hope of living with Jesus eternally. See you there!

MUSIC VIDEO - COME TO ME - out now :)
We all face days of feeling inferior, imperfect and unloved. But there is hope. This song draws listeners through reflection on darker times and an invitation to fall into open arms. To reach out beyond the pain. To feel a warm embrace. To be welcomed in. “Come to me, all who are weary and heavy burdened, and I will give you rest” - Jesus.
Many many thanks to @photographyben for the footage and @nathanielginn_creative for an incredible edit 🙌 and God for making beautiful Alice Springs!! by @annabeadenmusic
