The beautiful natural results of CONSISTENT skincare services and injectable treatments!

This client started her journey at Spa Trouve a few years ago. She lost over 40 lbs on semaglutide and it drastically improved her mood, hormones, and she feels back to herself!

With weight loss, naturally she did have some loose skin in her face. We used a BIOSTIMULATOR called SCULPTRA to restore volume loss, stimulate collagen, and lighten, brighten, and tighten the skin. We also used another BIOSTIMULATOR called RADIESSE to help improve creepiness and laxity on her neck. We then fine tuned her volume loss with a PETITE CHEEK, CHIN shadow, and a few sessions of LIP filler to give her a natural enhanced look. She also has been getting DYSPORT consistently every 3-4 months to soften wrinkles and prevent lines from deepening.

She also had consistent Ematrix treatments throughout her journey to help with skin quality, texture, fine lines and wrinkles.

She is literally GLOWING!

These services are all 20% off this month for nonmembers and 30% off for members!

Midface facial balancing ✨

A beautiful combination of strategic filler placement and EZ Gel to restore volume, soften lines, and create a refreshed, rejuvenated appearance.

For this client, I first treated the medial and lateral cheeks with filler to restore structural support and provide immediate, long-lasting volume. I then used EZ Gel in the under-eyes, temples, and nasolabial folds to further restore volume and support skin quality through collagen stimulation.

EZ Gel can help improve the appearance of fine lines, crepey skin, and overall skin texture over time.

But my favorite part of this treatment? The trust.

This client was understandably nervous about getting filler and wanted to maintain her natural features. We talked through her concerns and created a treatment plan focused on restoring—not augmenting—her facial balance.

My goal is always to help you look refreshed, rested, and like yourself. Never overdone or unrecognizable.

She was absolutely thrilled with her results, and I couldn’t be happier with this beautiful, natural transformation. 🤍

Every face is different. A personalized consultation is always the first step toward creating a treatment plan that feels right for you.

The most beautiful filler results usually have one thing in common.

They don’t look like filler.

Whether it’s your cheeks, lips, chin, or jawline, the goal is always balance, not volume for the sake of volume.

That’s exactly why choosing your injector matters.

Mom and Dads first night out after baby!

(This may have been the first time I’ve fully gotten ready since baby was born 🤪)

We got to sneak away to celebrate our dear friends 40th birthday at the beautiful @lacaillerestaurant .

It was the best night filled with great convos, big milestones, delicious 3 course dinner, and a sunset stroll through the grounds!

Took my first hot yoga class postpartum today. 🤍

Before getting pregnant, I was going to my favorite @corepoweryogaslc class almost every week. Walking back into that studio today felt like coming home.

I was so excited to see my favorite instructor. She asked where I’d been, and I told her I grew a baby. 😅 She looked shocked—and honestly, it hit me that it really had been that long. Almost exactly one year ago, I found out I was pregnant.

I intentionally waited until I was 3 months postpartum before returning. I wanted my body to have more time for relaxin levels to decrease and to feel more stable through my pelvis and joints before adding hot yoga back in.

And wow… today was HARD. My strength, balance, and endurance aren’t where they used to be—but it felt so good to move my body again in a way I’ve missed.

A reminder that postpartum isn’t about bouncing back. It’s about slowly rebuilding, honoring your body, and celebrating what it’s capable of. I’m excited to make this part of my routine again. 🤍

My husband took our older two to a movie tonight, leaving just baby and me at home. 🤍

The Type A mom in me immediately started making a mental list of everything I could get done while they were gone.

But my little guy had other plans.

He wouldn’t nap in his bassinet, so instead we played, laughed, giggled, practiced rolling, read books, and ended the evening with a long contact nap.

And honestly? It was exactly what we both needed.

A little reminder for the mamas (and for myself): slowing down is productive too. Being present with your baby is productive. Playing, cuddling, responding to their needs, and soaking up those contact naps are building connection, security, and memories that won’t last forever.

The dishes will still be there tomorrow. The laundry can wait. The floors can wait.

These tiny hands, sleepy snuggles, and quiet moments? They’re so incredibly fleeting. I’m trying to savor every single one. 🤍

It’s finally happening… 🥹

Our pool dig date is coming up THIS WEEK! 🤍

I honestly can’t believe we’re here after so much planning, dreaming, and decision-making. It still doesn’t feel real.

This reel is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to take you along for the entire process—from breaking ground to the finished backyard.

Follow along to see all the progress (and hopefully the final reveal)! ✨🏡💦
