all in the name of love 🦢 by @annagraacee

Came across this audio and couldn’t help but think, this is what the practice is all about:

To observe. to soften our grip. to accept what is. to learn from ourselves. to keep returning to the present. On the mat, off the mat, and everywhere in between.

What a beautiful thing it is, to be a student of life ⋆｡𖦹°⭒˚｡⋆ by @annagraacee

My toxic trait is thinking there’s always room for one more piercing 🤭🪡✨ Added piercing #7 to my right ear with a new conch at @colibritattoo.ottawa

As someone who’s collected quite a few piercings over the years, I loved being able to sit down with someone who looked at what I already had + my anatomy and helped me figure out what would feel balanced and make sense for my ear.

If you’ve been looking for your next piercing or tattoo, you can find Colibri in both Ottawa + Montreal → $25 piercings Tuesdays + 25% off tattoos Wednesdays!!

Dangerous information to give me, personally 👀 by @annagraacee

I can’t believe it’s nearly been a month since @cityofom Ritual x Drag event, CRAZY !!

To everyone who shared that room with us, thank you for showing up, moving, sweating, shaking, getting sprayed with glitter, and allowing yourselves to be fully seen.

This was one of the most meaningful and unforgettable experiences of my teaching career so far. To witness a room so full of joy, courage, self-expression, and community is something I’ll carry with me for a long time. I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunities this career continues to bring me, and even more grateful for every single person who chooses to step into the room with us. You made it what it was. And for anyone reading this, remember that your energy is yours to carry into this world. Don’t shrink it to make other people comfortable.

Speak your truth. Take up space. Wear the outfit. Try the thing. Get out of your own way. Dance !!!! Be fully, unapologetically yourself.

Every time you choose authenticity over perfection, you give someone else permission to do the same.

🌈✨💖

A final thank you to @cityofom for creating spaces where people can gather, connect, and celebrate movement, community, and authenticity. Thank you for another unforgettable opportunity & year.

To @pureyogaottawa x @ritualbypure thank you for believing in me, supporting my ideas, and continually giving me the space to grow as both a teacher and a person. I’ll never take that for granted.

To the incredible drag performers @glittershakerevents thank you for bringing your artistry, joy, talent, and unapologetic self-expression into that room. You helped create an atmosphere I’ll never forget, and I’m so grateful our paths crossed.

And to my mama @nancy94murphy thank you for being my rock that entire weekend. Thank you for calming my nerves, helping bring every little detail to life, and believing in me every step of the way. I truly couldn’t have done it without you. I love you more than words can say 🤍 by @annagraacee

Practicing one of yoga’s core teachings: sthira sukham, extending it beyond the physical practice ⭐️🩷🤸‍♀️🌳

If you ever need a reminder of what that looks like, watch a tree. It bends. It sways. It adapts. Their strength isn’t found in rigidity, but in roots deep enough to return them to center.

Maybe we’re invited to practice the same. by @annagraacee

Life with you is my favourite adventure, and being loved by you is one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever known.

You won’t be able to control everything in life, but you can always choose to do more of what brings you joy.

I love this trend so much. Life really does get better if you let it. Have the most amazing, wonderful day ⭐️ by @annagraacee
