NCAA Emerging Leaders Seminar ‘25!!! A huge thank you to the NCAA for curating a transformational and educational three days! This week we focused on our development in all areas of our professional life, while still making sure we prioritize our values.

Key takeaways:
- the world does not need our perfection, it needs our presence.
- Everything you desire is on the other side of hard.
- Even the smallest decisions make a major impact.
- Prioritize what is important to you and your values.

The knowledge we gained will not only help us become better leaders, but also better people. I cannot thank the NCAA enough for allowing us to spend the last three days developing leadership superpowers. I will never forget this time. The connections we made will always be cherished.
