#Murderbeforeevensong has been nominated for an @rtsmidscentre Award! This show was such an absolute dream to develop with Radford Neville @thelighthousefilmandtv and @nickhicksbeach - the best feeling was going from early London lunches to long zooms from my living room laptop, endlessly refining story with my fave trio, to seeing characters created by @revrichardcoles and in fantastic scripts from @nickhicksbeach walking around on screen directed so thoughtfully by @davidawmoore embodied by our wonderful cast in the best costumes designed by @charlie_poole_costume and a world so perfectly created by @adamtomlinsondesign … and script supervised by @paman.55 Congratulations to all cast and crew 🥂 Best of luck to all nominees! 🤞 🎥 by @annelouiserussell

yogaś-citta-vr̥tti-nirodhaḥ Or: yoga is the cessation of the chattering of the mind (and other translations) #patañjali . I like to think of this as meaning we are in a state of yoga, practising “yoga” when the chattering of the mind ceases. For me, moving the body helps me get there… sometimes! @fitness_for_all_woolton @calm_holisticstudio #anusarayoga #viparitakarani by @annelouiserussell
