POSTS STORIES REELS

Olá! I know that many people here already know me, but in my journey as a visual artist, I have learned a lot and also changed.

I am still changing and learning, especially with the current situation we are experiencing in the world. Politics, war, and climate change really impact my life and my art, as my paintings are just a reflection of my feelings and desires.

I sincerely wish for a better world, with peace and respect. All I have to fight for this is my art, so I decided to make this post to reintroduce myself and present my work.

I hope my work touches your heart! Thank you for supporting me on this journey 💚 by @annewiziack

This is why I make art 💚

It is my way to communicate sustainability, biodiversity and share a bit of the brazilian culture.

I also like to donate part of the profits to charities and organisations that help the environment, animals and the indigenous people in Brazil. by @annewiziack

🌿Meet the artist 🌿

Hi, my name is Anne and I'm the artist behind the scenes 🎨

I thought it would be nice to have this post to introduce myself, as I'm seeing some new faces here☺️

I'm from Brazil and live in Liverpool. I do botanical paintings with watercolour, female portraits and urban sketches. I also make my own ink from flowers, vegetables and other natural sources.

I like to use my art to communicate things I believe in and support, such as sustainability, diversity and a bit about my home country 💚

I didn't say it in the video, but I like to donate part of the profits to organisations that support the environment, animals and, of course, the people who need our help.

To support me by buying one of my art prints, there's a link to my website in my bio. If you want to learn how to make beautiful botanical paintings, you can find the next lesson on my website.

You are very welcome to send me a message and chat about art or anything else!

Happy Halloween 🐈‍⬛🎃

Another painting inspired by my little Luna 🌙

When she was spayed, she had to wear this watermelon-shaped collar to stop her from touching her surgical wound.

She looked absolutely adorable!

Indigenous people have been suffering violence and persecution, particularly in recent days. Unfortunately, there are people who do not respect other people’s opinions and resort to aggression.

Brasil’s mother is indigenous, our roots are indigenous! We need more love and kindness – one of the things that indigenous people have been trying to teach us for centuries.

..........

🇬🇧 In these elections, the environment, the Amazon and our rich biodiversity are also at stake!

We come from nature, we are nature, and we need it. Vote for those who genuinely want to protect our biodiversity, rather than sell it off to make another country richer.

Something completely different from what I’m used to painting!

I painted this for myself, and it was inspired by my little Luna 🌙 by @annewiziack

I can’t believe that one of my paintings is in South Korea, at the Haegeumgang Thematic Museum!

I’m also taking part as a poet in the ‘Creative Synergy’ project at the museum. This is something quite new for me, as I don’t usually share my poems here, but it’s something I absolutely love.

Thank you so much, my dear friend @artsgilkozicka, for recommending me for this incredible opportunity! Thank you, @cristinamayacaetano for including me in the project with my art and my poem 💚

I won’t be able to see the exhibition in person, but I’m over the moon to have my work there. by @annewiziack

Pela Amazônia
Pelo o direito de votar novamente daqui a quatro anos
E tantos outros motivos
