Happy Global Running Day!

Running has been a lot of fun in Mammoth with our new locals. Excited for another year sharing miles and smiles this growing squad.

The support of Asics continues to enable me to chase my dreams with the best running footwear in the game.

Asics recently launched the Get the Glow campaign. Asics research showed that just 15 minutes of movement can help lift your mood and support mental wellbeing. This is certainly true in my life. I love getting out the door for an early morning run, to start my day on right foot and uplift my entire day.

10th at the USATF 25k Championships

Secured my 5th USATF circuit top 10 this past weekend in the Windy City of Grand Rapids running 1:15:37 for the 25k.

Excited for summer training with our growing group in Mammoth.

Well it was quite a weekend in Atlanta for the @usatf Half Marathon Championships.

On the men's side:
@anthonyrunner13 placed 12th improving his position from last year by two places, despite also being briefly led of course towards the end - luckily this did not interfere with his final placing.

@dayton.brown26 in his official pro debut placed 16th in a PR of 64:44. We are excited for what is to come for Dayton in what is still a relatively new event.
