They tried to drown me in doubt, so I learned to breathe in the storm. Proud of the scars, the sweat, and the silence I had to conquer to become this version of me.

Soooooo, I’m going to be a doctor. DO to be specific

Working in the ER, I’ve seen what medicine looks like up close, and I know this is where I’m meant to be. This is day one of the long road: pre-med, med school, residency.

I’m documenting all of it here. The wins, the grind, all of it. Let’s go.

You only have 1 life, it’s up to you to decide what to do with it and it’s NEVER too late, understand?! NEVER!

Day one or one day 🌹

Spent a lot of years chasing validation, money, status, and noise thinking one of those things would finally make me feel whole. Truth is, peace didn’t show up until I stopped performing and started actually finding myself.

There’s something powerful about waking up and no longer needing to prove your worth to anyone. When you find purpose, the outside stuff gets quieter. The pressure fades. The comparison fades. You finally breathe different.

Peace is expensive. Not financially. Spiritually. Mentally. Emotionally. But once you find it, you protect it at all costs.

39 years later and I can honestly say I’m finally becoming the man I was supposed to be.

Not posting this for sympathy. Posting it because a lot of men are walking around carrying things they don’t even have words for yet.

I did the same for a long time. Pushed through it. Minimized it. Told myself I just needed to “lock in” and handle it.

But there’s a difference between being strong and being silent.

Getting checked didn’t make me weaker. It gave me clarity. It gave me language. It gave me a starting point to actually fix what’s been running in the background for years.

If you’ve been feeling off, heavy, numb, reactive, disconnected, or just not like yourself, don’t ignore it.
Go talk to someone. Get evaluated. Get answers.

You don’t have to keep guessing.

I carry the weight of the world in silence… but their love lifts me higher than words ever could. On my hardest days, they remind me why I keep going. 🕊️ #DadLife #MyWhy #GraceInFatherhood #purposedrivenlife by @anthonytaeofficial

Thinking about opening your relationship?
Wondering if polyamory is the answer… or just a faster way to ruin date night?

I get it. I’ve lived the curiosity, the chaos, the “WTF are we doing?” conversations.
Therapy felt too clinical. Forums felt too chaotic. And friends? Too nosy or too vanilla.

That’s why I offer real, 1-on-1 strategy sessions for couples and individuals exploring the lifestyle.
Not as a therapist. Not as a guru. Just someone who’s been in the trenches and rebuilt from the mess.

If you’re even a little bit LS-curious, swinging, ENM, poly, or just tired of pretending you’re okay in a monogamous box, we should talk.

DM ME TODAY 😊
