Happy belated International Pilates day! I was so busy this weekend I missed my favorite holiday 😝 Well everyday is Pilates day for me so 🤷🏽‍♀️ #internationalpilatesday #pilates #womenshealth by @antoniyareed
Almost 12 years later and guess who came out of singing retirement? 👀🙌🏽 Huge love to my sister/friend @shankapettis for holding space for me to rest and recalibrate, but never letting me forget this part of myself. 💕🙏🏽 Many of you know me as the wife to the amazing @sharayreed, the mom, makeup artist, the model, the skincare brand owner, the health law pro, and now the Pilates teacher, but MUSIC has always been my first love. 💕 I used to think that my many gifts made me “too much.” Now I see they’re all divine…different expressions of the same beautiful masterpiece🎨. I’m embracing every layer, every gift, every note. I’m flowing in everything God gave me. It feels good to be home…Back to the mic. Back to music ministry. Back to my first love. 🫶🏽 #BackToTheMic #MultiGifted #PurposeInProgress #DivineAlignment by @antoniyareed
Yesterday I was blessed to get back on the runway for some of my favorite designers! It’s been a while, but the runway is one of my favorite places 🥰 Music and fashion were my first loves…long before makeup and skincare. Enjoy a little break peek into my world ☀️ by @antoniyareed

King Harlem. Homecoming 2026 is in the books. It’s the last homecoming, but he’s always been and always will be a King. 👑 ❤️ by @antoniyareed
This summer went by so fast! I had to run it back to this very hot day 🥵teaching Pilates in the park for @clubpilatesevergreenpark. Pilates has been a space of therapy for me for over 10 years. I absolutely love it and I’m honored that I get to share the practice with so many people every week in my classes. If you’re interested in learning more about Pilates or starting your Pilates journey hit me up. I’d love to welcome you to the party! 🩷💪🏾 @charlieslightphoto on the amazing footage! @kinda_harlem on the reel #chicagopilates #chicagopilatesinstructor #pilatesinstructor #blackgirlwellness by @antoniyareed

Her voice has matured so much, it literally gives me chills! 🥹🫶🏽 She has so much control and her tone is absolutely beautiful! So much love to the @bacchicago for allowing Lincon to showcase her talent. 🩷🩷 by @antoniyareed
Our girl just wrapped her fourth performance at theater camp at the @beverlyartcenter! This year was The Lion King Junior and Lincon landed Nala 🦁! It was an awesome performance, honestly the best so far. Every year keeps# getting better and better 🥰! I’ll post some footage of her solos later, but here’s a snapshot of the performance in its entirety. What an awesome time, we’re so proud of her!🩷🩷 by @antoniyareed

There is power in a woman who understands that caring for her skin is caring for her whole self. Antoniya @antoniyareed reminds us that self-care is not just a moment—it’s a mindset. When you invest in yourself consistently, the results show not only in your skin, but in your confidence. This is more than skincare. This is care for the whole woman. This is restoration. This is glow. This is what Strong Women. Strong Skin. looks like. 💜 I appreciate you so much, Antoniya! And THANK YOU so much for joining our “Friends with Benefits” member program to stay consistent with your self care! #StrongWomenStrongSkin #FaciallySkinBar #WomensHistoryMonth #ConfidenceInYourSkin #GlowFromWithin by @antoniyareed
Seventeen years ago, I was given the greatest gift, Harlem Reed. From the moment you arrived, you’ve been one of my greatest joys. Sweet, thoughtful, funny, talented, and wise beyond your years. You move through the world with a calm confidence and a good heart, and I’m so proud of the young man you’re becoming. God knew exactly what He was doing when He entrusted me with you. And let’s be clear, you do not play about your mama 🥰. That mama-son bond? Locked for life. Happy 17th Birthday, Harlem. I love you more than words can ever explain. Forever and always. 💙 by @antoniyareed
