Finally… a decent day of training. @allsouthbarbell The more I listen to the “old skool” sound from 92-96 the more I understand the golden era of literal all electronic music (acid, hardcore, jungle, techno, trance) shit is great! Noom records is a good place to start. Now 88-91 that experimental stuff…. Not to sure about that sound. Some bleep boops but it’s meh. by @allsouthbarbell

Doubles and triples and front squat 5rm not included. @allsouthbarbell. Played the custom galactic war like 2 hours ago, it’s pretty good besides having to make an account only for it to be auto banned. by @allsouthbarbell

@allsouthbarbell @coach.andyc lots of dubs and some triples in the squat. Pure genius of this tune, produced in 1990, and ahead of its time demon theme is one of the purest jungle/drum and bass/hardcore I’ve had the pleasure to listen to. Good looking/looking good tunes is essential for any dnb/jungle enthusiast. I recommend the entire catalog and I’m old school trance addict. by @allsouthbarbell

@allsouthbarbell good to see everyone lifting good this week! Bye bye. I remember tracking down this tune for years and suddenly released 20 years later to digital. Peak time tune for sure from the Italian duo Nu NRG by @allsouthbarbell
