POSTS STORIES REELS

Some Sundays are about running. Others are about remembering why you started.

Today’s HOKA 5K was another reminder that this community is about so much more than miles. It’s about showing up for yourself, encouraging the person beside you, and realizing that every step forward no matter how small is still progress.

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who came out today. To every runner, volunteer, and supporter, thank you for creating a space where people feel seen, welcomed, and inspired to keep moving forward.

A special thank you to our photographer for capturing moments that tell the story words never fully can. Your talent allows us to relive the joy, determination, and connection that make these Sundays so meaningful.

And to all of today’s sponsors, thank you for believing in this community and investing your time, energy, and generosity into something that brings people together. Your support doesn’t go unnoticed, and we’re grateful to have you alongside us.

Life isn’t always about crossing the finish line first. Sometimes the greatest victory is simply having the courage to show up. Keep putting one foot in front of the other, and trust that every step is leading you exactly where you’re meant to be.

Until next Sunday. 🩵👟

Huge shoutout to Liquid I.V. for helping fuel me and my friends through the HOKA Run Club Knicks Celebration Run today! 🏃🏾‍♂️💙🧡

Having those electrolytes and energy before the race made a major difference and helped keep us locked in from start to finish. My personal favorite is the Energy Multiplier—it gave me the perfect boost without weighing me down.

Grateful for the amazing community, the energy, and everyone who came out to celebrate. Thank you, Liquid I.V., for keeping us hydrated and ready to run. Looking forward to the next one! 🙌🏾⚡️ #HOKARunClub #KnicksRun #LiquidIV #RunNYC #KeepGoing by @aphantomregret

Today’s HOKA 5K reminded me that running is about so much more than crossing the finish line.

I brought my coworker Gustavo out to experience the run club, hoping he’d have a good time. What I didn’t expect was how much it would mean to watch him push through, never give up, and complete the race. Instead of focusing on being the fastest, I focused on encouraging him every step of the way and reminding him that we were in it together.

The run club welcomed him with open arms, the photos came out incredible thanks to our amazing photographer, and a post-race iced coffee from Honeybrains was the perfect way to celebrate. ☕️📸

Running teaches us that we’re capable of more than we think. What started as a simple invitation turned into a new friendship and a reminder that sometimes the best part of the race is who you share it with. 🏃🏽‍♂️🏆

Global Run Weekend was an incredible experience from start to finish. The energy, the community, and the mindset on that 5K course were something special. Every step felt bigger than just running—it felt like showing up for yourself and for everyone out there grinding alongside you.

A real shoutout to Patrick, the young man I’ve been mentoring, for pulling up and spending the weekend with me. Watching him push through when it got tough meant a lot. That’s what growth looks like—staying in it even when your body and mind are telling you to slow down. Proud of the effort, proud of the mindset.

Big respect to every single runner who showed up and gave it everything they had. The motivation out there was contagious, and it made the whole experience even better.

And of course, major appreciation to the photographer who captured the moment so perfectly. The shots came out amazing and really brought the whole day back to life in a way words can’t fully describe.

Grateful for the experience, the people, and the memories. Already looking forward to the next one. 🏃🏽‍♂️🔥 by @aphantomregret

Today I completed a 5K, and I’m proud of every step. It wasn’t about being the fastest—it was about showing up, pushing through, and proving to myself that progress happens one mile at a time. Every run makes me stronger, both physically and mentally. Grateful for the journey, excited for what’s ahead, and ready to keep chasing my goals. 🏃🏽‍♂️💪🏽 #5K #RunnerLife #ProgressNotPerfection #KeepGoing #HokaFlatIronNyc by @aphantomregret
