Allow me to reintroduce myself 👋🏼 by @apickering.pt

New trim. Thoughts? I feel like it’s giving off Jarhead vibes💈

Anyway. I’ve got 3 spots for in-person 1-2-1 coaching, starting November.

For anyone who wants to get stronger, get fitter and drop a bit of body fat without giving up their whole life to do it.

Training, nutrition and lifestyle, all built around the week you actually have. Just off Ecclesall Road.

Comment TRAIN and I’ll be in touch to see if it’s a good fit 👊 by @apickering.pt

Why YOU need a coach

How many times have you left a session knowing you had a bit more in you?

Scott would’ve too. Until I pushed him to pull 120kg. Turns out he could do it comfortably.

That’s the difference.

Drop me a message if you want someone pushing you too by @apickering.pt

Same dumbbells. Same workout. Same results.

Sound familiar? I’ve got 3 spots for people ready to change that.

My favourite part of my job is seeing people walk out feeling stronger than they ever thought they could. In the gym and outside it.

Proud of this lot right now.

Want results like these? I’m taking on new clients now. DM “WIN” with your biggest struggle. by @apickering.pt

Just keep stacking days. by @apickering.pt

Well Well Well by @apickering.pt

10lbs down and back into clothes she didn’t think she’d wear again.

No crash diet. No giving up her social life. Just 1% wins, stacked up over the summer.

Don’t underestimate the small stuff.

I’m taking on clients in person at my private gym just off Ecclesall Road (free taster session available) and online.

Speaks volumes about my conversation.

Autumn, just the way I like it 🍁 by @apickering.pt

Took the skin off both shins sliding down a rope for this video. Don’t let it be for nothing.

3 spots for in-person coaching. That’s it.

Build strength. Gain muscle. Lose fat. Get ready for your next race or event. Whatever you’re after, I’ll get you there.

Private gym just off Ecclesall Road. No membership needed. Friendly, supportive atmosphere.

Comment ‘TRAIN’ and I’ll send you the details, or drop me a DM. by @apickering.pt

“What are you waiting for?!”

Mabel had been training for years. She’s an absolute beast in the gym.

But she came to me frustrated because she was putting the work in and not getting much back for it.

If that’s you right now, I get it. I’d be fed up too if I was putting that much in and getting nothing back.

In just 6 weeks, Mabel was deadlifting 120kg, back running 10km for the first time in years and dropped 3kg along the way.

She was already working hard. What she needed was someone push her out of her comfort zone and hold her accountable.

I’ve got a few in-person spaces open at my private gym just off Ecclesall Road (no membership needed).

If you want to see what it’s like, come and try a free taster session.

HARLEQUINS X CASTORE

Amazing day down at Harlequins with @castore_sportswear . Thanks to all the @harlequins players and coaches for having us.

Great to connect with so many others in the fitness world doing some pretty cool shit. Left feeling very inspired!

It’s been a long time since I crossed the white line. Is it time for a comeback? 👀
