Come say hello! 🫶 by @apwellnessconsulting

Hello friends! Just wanted to share a Venus rx reflection.
Venus has been retrograding through Scorpio since 10/03, asking us to review our commitments, relationships, and value systems. This retrograde has been unearthing what may be getting in the way of building meaningful partnerships but most importantly, the relationship you have with yourself.Especially after the New Moon in Libra on 10/10, we are being invited to create new foundations in these areas. Scorpio isn’t afraid to go deeper, so don’t be surprised if this process brings some uncomfortable truths to the surface.Retrogrades are a time for reflection, review, and reassessment. They don’t mean you have to stop living your everyday life!Instead of being fearful of what you should or shouldn’t do, I invite you to slow down, be intentional, and approach things with a little more awareness.
Tips from now-11/13/2026

1.Take time to review your own value system. Does this person, place, thing, align with what you need and want at this point in your life?

2.Instead of avoiding a change in your appearance: Do your research! Read reviews, compare options, and make sure you’re choosing a provider you feel comfortable with. Continue your beauty maintenance routines.

3.Review your options, look for sales, or go thrifting! Venus retrograde can be an excellent time to repurpose old items, rediscover what you already own, or find a great deal.

4. Instead of avoiding contracts altogether: Read the fine print, ask questions, and review the details with a fine-tooth comb before committing. The goal isn’t to put your life on hold. It’s to become more intentional about the choices you’re making and why you’re making them.

No fear mongering this rx season. Happy auditing/ reviewing!

Hi everyone 🤍.
I’ll be taking an extended hiatus from posting Astro for the moment to take some needed TLC. Feel free to reach out in my DMs if you have any Astro questions or just want to say hello.

Thank you for your understanding 🤍 by @apwellnessconsulting

Venus has moved into its home sign of Libra. She is preparing for her eventual retrograde next month where she will be contemplating what she values, and what she needs to do to course correct. What has been coming up for you regarding your relationships, agreements, value system and resources? #astrology #venusinlibra #nature by @apwellnessconsulting

Cancer New Moon 🌑

Themes:

1. Redefining Home (physical and emotional home)Collectively we will be reflecting on our emotional and physical security and planting seeds for what we consider home and who we consider family. Especially with the conjunction to Mercury RX in Cancer, this is a great time to re-connect with family, re-organize your space, re-do your daily routines.

Reflection: Who, what, where feels like home and family?

2. Reflecting on our emotional world: Increased sensitivity, nostalgia, intuition, meaningful conversation, empathy.

Reflection: What are my feelings trying to tell me?

3. Restore your nervous system: Especially after an eventful Gemini season, mars moving into Gemini/ conjunction Uranus, we are called to slow down, spend more time in nature, or comfort people, sleep, cook nourishing foods, reduce overstimulation, and establish emotional boundaries.

Reflection: What can I do to slow down? What do I do when I am feeling emotionally triggered? Who and what nurtures me when I am over stimulated.

Mercury retrograde in Cancer ♋️ invites us to slow down and reconnect with our emotional world, our memories, and the people who matter most. While Mercury retrograde often gets a bad rep, I invite you to work with this energy rather than against it. Use this time to reflect, revisit, and realign instead of rushing ahead.

And, PSA: as I always say, don’t let Mercury retrograde stop you from living your life. Continue making memories, pursuing opportunities, and showing up for what matters. Simply move with a little more mindfulness by double-checking the details, giving yourself extra time, and staying open and flexible to what this season is trying to teach you. 🌊

Full Moon+ Transits (Libra-Pisces)

June closes one chapter so another can quietly begin. 🌕
The Capricorn Full Moon on 06/29 asks us to celebrate how far we’ve climbed while gently releasing the expectations that no longer fit. Mercury retrograde in Cancer invites us back into old memories, conversations, and emotions, not to stay there, but to better understand what our hearts have been trying to say.

Then, tomorrow June 30, Jupiter enters Leo, reminding us that growth isn’t only found in hard work, it also lives in joy, creativity, courage, and letting yourself be seen.

Finally, as the North Node enters Aquarius and the South Node enters Leo on 07/27the collective begins an 18-month journey of balancing personal expression with shared purpose. We’re learning to move from seeking validation to building authentic community, honoring our unique light while remembering we’re all part of something bigger.

As always remember, mercury retrogrades are a time of reflection and review! No need to pause your life, just be a little extra careful!

Happy New Moon in Gemini!

In the spirit of the Gemini New Moon, I wanted to share my reflections on the new Moon in Gemini and the auspicious Cradle aspect supporting us at this time! A “Cradle” is a rare astrological pattern which include 1 opposition ( Pluto in Aquarius opposing Venus in Leo), 2 trines ( Neptune in Aries trine Venus in Leo & Uranus in Gemini trine Pluto in Aquarius) and 2 sextiles ( Neptune in Aries sextile Pluto in Aquarius & Uranus in Gemini sextile Venus in Leo). Themes: communities unite, differences celebrated, perspectives changing, minds expanding, communication is rapidly being shared. Although we do have real ongoing difficulties collectively and individually, it’s important to find pockets of peace and joy as breathers to remind us all of our humanity. Shadow sides of this energy are: overstimulation, misinformation, and difficulty focusing! Let’s ground this energy by putting action to the thoughts and communications we’re having!

Congrats again to the Knicks 💙 🧡 statue of liberty!
