💧 Did you know the UK Government recommends keeping 9 litres of drinking water per person at home? It’s part of the new Be Ready preparedness campaign, encouraging households to take small, practical steps in case of temporary interruptions to essential services. The recommendation is 3 litres per person, per day, for 3 days. 🏠 What does that mean for your household? 👤 1 person = 9 litres 👥 2 people = 18 litres 👨‍👩‍👧 3 people = 27 litres 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 4 people = 36 litres The good news? Being prepared doesn’t need to be complicated. At Aqua Amore, we’ve put together a simple guide showing how everyday bottled-water formats can help you keep a little extra in reserve, alongside your usual supply. 👉 Swipe to see how 750ml and 1.5L bottles add up. 🔖 SAVE this post for future reference. 💙 SHARE it with family or friends who might find it useful. Ever wondered why some waters taste completely different? 💧 Despite looking the same, every natural mineral water has its own unique flavour profile. The difference comes from the minerals it naturally picks up as it filters through layers of rock over many years. Calcium, magnesium, bicarbonate and other naturally occurring minerals all influence the taste, texture and even the mouthfeel of the water - making each one unique. Watch the reel to discover why mineral content matters and why your favourite water might taste so different from someone else’s. What’s your go-to mineral water? Let us know in the comments! 👇 #AquaAmore #MineralWater #WaterEducation #WaterFacts #Hydration by @aqua_amore
Your skincare routine might start with a cleanser, serum and moisturiser… but what about the water? 💧✨ We often think about hydration from the outside in, but staying hydrated is an important part of looking after your body from within too. So while you’re reaching for your favourite skincare products, don’t forget the simplest step of all: **Drink your water.** Because hydration starts with water. 💧 #HydrationStartsWithWater #AquaAmore #Hydration #Skincare #SkinHealth by @aqua_amore
