Year TWO with @therace_uc 🏃🏽‍♀️✨

Last year, this race represented me stepping into something new. This year, it represents consistency, growth, and continuing to show up for myself.

I’m still so grateful that my body allows me to do hard things, and even more grateful for the community I’ve found along the way. @themotionrunclub took me in when I came as a walker with zero pressure, just encouragement, and somehow y’all really turned me into a run girlie. 😂

From “let me try a 5K” to coming back for year two. Look at me now. 🥹💪🏾 by @ardent_ambs

🏃🏾‍♀️🍑 PTRR ‘26 all vibes!

My first time running the world’s largest 10K, the Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. The volunteers, spectators, and run clubs showed so much love and energy from start to finish. 💙✨

I didn’t even have my Apple Watch, so I truly ran this one by feel. The goal this year was simple: finish. ✅

Next year? We’re chasing a PR. 😏🔥🍑

FIT FEST ATL 2026 💪🏾🔥

What an incredible day! This was my THIRD time attending Fit Fest ATL, and it never disappoints. From the amazing trainers and high-energy workouts to the awesome vendors and fitness community, every moment was worth it.

I definitely worked up a sweat, challenged myself, and had a great time connecting with people who are passionate about health and wellness. Events like this remind me that fitness is about so much more than the workout—it’s about community, growth, and showing up for yourself.

Already looking forward to next year! 🏃🏾‍♀️✨

My longest race to date — and we made it whimsical, cute, and fun. ✨

The Women’s Four Miler was no joke. The turns, the hills, the heat of the moment… all of it was different. And not to mention, there was a bad actor along the route saying some wild things, but we kept going.

We decided to dress as Disney princesses, and it ended up being such a fun and sweet theme. Little girls were waving at us, moms and runners were pointing us out, and it made the whole race feel magical. 🍎👑

I planned to get rid of my apple, but I ended up carrying it the entire way and honestly, it might have helped me push through.

The support from the men cheering us on was amazing to see, and the medal and flowers at the finish line were truly the icing on the cake.

I’m proud of myself. Longest race yet, and I’ll definitely be back. 🏃🏾‍♀️✨🌸

Started running with intent in July and completed my first intentional 5k with @therace_uc 🖤💚❤️. I’m so grateful that my body is able to do hard things.

Shoutout to my run club @themotionrunclub Ⓜ️💙 … they literally are no pressure and I came as a walker. I seen others doing 5k’s etc and wanted to challenge myself. Everyone is so encouraging and I appreciate it all !

I guess I’m a run girlie now 😅🤭 by @ardent_ambs

Thank you God, I am so blessed and honored to see 30 !

The road to 30 has been emotional to say the least. I’ve cried tears of joy because I love this life I live and chose. I’ve cried tears of sadness because I have felt like my timeline should have been different. I have simply cried because I think as a woman it comes with age. I’ve lived so much and still have a lot of living to do. To think I used to think thirty was so old as a kid 😩, crazy concept. You might ask why wasn’t I smiling in my pictures and that’s because ain’t nothing funny about thirty, it’s a little too serious for me lol jk 🤭 But here’s to a new decade, 30, flirty and thriving 🍾🎉💚
