We are so thrilled with the response to our new album and will see you tonight IN THE HOUSE OF THE HIGHEST DEAD ENDS at @badearl alongside @flat.tired_band and @feltie.band — performing the album in full ONE NIGHT ONLY 🌙🌃 don’t miss out! by @ariana__greenday

@sunsethonorunit album out today & we are taking sincereposting to DARING new heights 📈 some words about how it was made and maybe what it means. I can’t say enough about our group — my partner in pop @jakechisenhall our anchor @john_joonyah our wildcard @floralportrait (who has their first cowboy song EMERALD EYES nestled in the final 3-song suite) and our Swiss Army knife @orville_redenbacher — our fearless guide @crailmaster and our community in @marchingbanana — I could honestly say way more about all this but hopefully everyone knows how much their contributions mean to the end product so I won’t belabor the point. LOVE YALL — RELEASE SHOW TOMORROW 💙💙🌷 by @ariana__greenday

Vinyls have landed!! The records come with an insert photo/lyric sheet and they’re pressed onto a beautiful coke bottle clear record that you’ll have to see to believe 👀 Be among the first to own the vinyl edition of our new LP at our album release show this Saturday 10/3 at @badearl — (we’ll have a shipping option available soon <3)

++ We now present to you the full album art design by our pal @jbflyers (also produced/mixed the record, he really does it all).

See y’all Saturday !! by @ariana__greenday

buckle up we sincereposting — it is a genuine honor to be playing both @reptar_the_band reunion shows this weekend with @cdsm_worldwide — it is zero exaggeration to say that my life may have taken a different path without the influence of this band in the wild wooly world of Athens around the turn of the decade as the 00’s became the 10’s. 40 watt tonight, hope to see a buncha fellow oldheads. Unc committee unite! by @ariana__greenday

Look Ma, we’re on TV !! Excited to finally share this clip of @sunsethonorunit performing on the latest season of @hopegiversga ‼️The episode in question is all about overcoming rejection and what to do when things just aren’t going your way — which is exactly what “Let the Wild Ones Run Free” was written about. Pretty kismet, I’d say 🤝

It was a hoot & an honor to walk the hallowed halls of GPB, and to contribute to a great TV program. Check out the full episode for free on GPB’s website <3 by @ariana__greenday

PARLOR NIGHTS III was a rousing success, thank you for sticking with us from the first opener to the final chords. We will be back every January for the rest of your lives! Captured here are the final notes of the final night, thanks for getting on the floor with us. We’ve truly got friends in low places 💙 Huge thanks to @argosyeav for opening their space and storage to us, to @sceptrebeer and @littletartbakeshop for providing much needed bankroll to bring in top notch talent from in and out of state, to @tubesocktony for the fearless guidance in the face of the great unknown (aka building a soundsystem from scratch weekly in a bar backroom) to @tabre + @abbygregg for their support in stage and visual design, to @hihi.tyty_ + @jojo_nasty69 for stepping in to host with zero notice, to @davidsneighbor + @alexakravitz for capturing not only the performances but the attendees and community, and to our performers, in order:

NITE ONE :: @geozilla @thalmusmusic @thecottonmouths
NITE TWO :: @tubesocktony @feltie.band @gubs_world @slwandsteady
NITE THREE :: @rosehotel_ @flat.tired_band @yerflowersband @sudiemusic
NITE FOUR :: @spencerthomassongs @floralportrait @h0m0_r0de0

We believe so strongly in the songwriting community in and around Atlanta, uncorrupted by outside influence, self-sustaining and so lacking in ego or false motive. It’s an honor to help cultivate and contribute to this very special moment and scene at large, building on its history and looking towards the future with joy and resilience in the face of modern obstacle. This is just a small list all the ppl we could thank — it truly takes a village and you can’t spell heaven without EAV baby! FOREVER YOURS — SHU 🏜️🌵🤠

P.S. — Parlor Nights II & III compilations coming this year. New album “IN THE HOUSE OF THE HIGHEST DEAD ENDS” coming this year as well. Saddle up 🐎 by @ariana__greenday

happy birthday to my wonder bubble my salt and soil my darling angel my apple blossom my flower Sophia. looking thru these photos just reminds me how lucky i am to have found her and how much fun I’ve had this year doing so many things for the first time, thanks to the seismic power of true love. Sophia loves tiny fish and folk music, biker shorts and organ meat, old people and babies. she has a true appreciation for the handmade, the uncanny & offkilter, be it buildings or signs or art or style. she is genuinely an inspired inquisitive and nurturing person to be around, anyone who knows her knows this or is missing out. my life is a dream with her. I think we will be in love for a long time. Happy birthday baby sry if these pics are silly they make me smile mmmmmwah
