The assignment was CRAZY HAIR… not crazy beam skills! 😂

After losing this skill for a little while, she’s FINALLY got her back handspring back on high beam!! 👏🏼💪🏼

Crazy hair, a little confidence, and her favorite @leannewongbowtique leo made for a pretty great Tuesday for Spirit Week! 💕🎀

So proud of her for pushing through and getting it back!

If I ever forget to tell you, thank you for this chapter of my life.

Just over here doing basic 10-year-old girl stuff.

Like hitting the floor, dusting it off, and then sticking her very first gainer dismount off the beam.

Gymnasts are just built a little differently. So proud of her grit and that perfect landing.

Still cleaning it up, but SO excited to finally get this one on the floor!

The excitement when you FINALLY get it… AND get it on video!

Ariana got her sole circle and immediately had to make sure coach @emanuelchiclana knew 😂 💕

🚨 NEW SKILL 🚨

This girl got her kip cast handstand in high bar the other day, and she’s been so excited about it.

You can hear her say “YES” on the video once she got to her handstand. It was so cute! ☺️

One nation. One dream. Endless possibilities. 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

Ariana loves repping her new USA @leannewongbowtique leo and doing what she loves most — flying, flipping, and chasing big dreams.

Happy 4th of July! 🤸‍♀️✨

I hope she always chooses kindness over comparison, encouragement over competition, and confidence that is contagious. Be the girl who reminds everyone around you that they are capable of amazing things. 🤍🤸‍♀️

Leo and confidence brought to you by the amazing @leannewongbowtique 🫶🏻

✨ Rise up. Work hard. Shine bright. ✨

Ariana is always in the gym repping her favorite @leannewongbowtique leos, but she doesn’t just rep leos. She represents what it takes to be a leader by showing grit and grace and always making everyone feel loved.

And, lately, she’s been killin it with those level 6 skills on top of it all. 💖

Everyone wants their daughter to shine. I know I do.
But this journey has taught me that success isn’t just about moving from Level 4 to Level 6, winning medals, or chasing college dreams. It’s about the people beside you along the way.

We celebrate together, struggle together, learn together, and grow together. Sometimes there are bumps in the road—that’s part of any family and any team. What matters is showing up for each other when it counts.

Because one day your daughter may need mine, and mine may need yours.

So here’s to every athlete, every coach, and every parent who chooses encouragement over comparison and community over competition. May all of our girls chase their dreams, overcome obstacles, and someday achieve goals bigger than we can even imagine.

We’re stronger together. Always. 💙🤸‍♀️
