Happy November!! A month of intentional thankfulness. We are so thankful for you!! Meet our November member of the month, Jacci! We love and appreciate you!!

What originally got you into fitness? I was fortunate to participate in various sports growing up so it’s always been a priority. After turning 40 I locked in more than ever and it’s been a game changer.

What made you choose Armor Gym? When Ryan and I moved to Knoxville we searched for a gym that wasn’t corporate. We wanted a place with loud obnoxious hype music, solid equipment, childcare, and good people. Tried out Armor and here we are over 7 years later.

What motivates you on days you don’t feel like training? Every part of my day is better when I get a workout in. I’m blessed to be with our two littles every day so taking time for just me is a gift.

What’s your favorite part about the Armor Gym community? The people! Hands down. My family has been blessed to meet amazing people, but for me it’s been the community of women. Absolute baddies and thankful for them every day!

What song instantly gets you hype in the gym? Little Girl Gone-Chinchilla

What’s something most people in the gym wouldn’t guess about you?

When we started Armor I was over 200lbs. Yep, took full advantage of the “eating for two” mindset in my first pregnancy. Good times. by @armorgymoakridge

TRANSFORMATION THURSDAY — One year transformation of @c_easterday 🛡️

“December 1st of last year I weighed 309 pounds and was extremely out of shape. Growing up playing football through college, I stayed heavier as an offensive lineman. When that was over, I quit staying active, but my mindset shifted when my son was born. I want to set an example for him and show him that anything is possible if you just set your mind to it and grind. Ive never been into running but picked it up this spring starting with a couple 5ks and fell in love with the sport. I’m now down to under 200 lbs for the first time in 16 years. My next goal is training for my first ever Half Marathon in December( 1 year since weight loss journey started) and then my first Marathon is set for April of 2027.”

Chris, we are so proud of you and all your hard work! Keep pushing man and we can’t wait to cheer you on for your first Marathon next year!! 💪🏽💪🏽

Has fitness changed your life and helped you have a huge transformation at Armor? We’d love to feature your progress! DM us if you have any transformations to show off! by @armorgymoakridge
