So far, my art zines were a practice of trial and error and I loved every bit of discovery. ✨💡✨ Now, I’ve grown to know what I love and how to lean into my preferences. The next zines will be that much more interesting. 😊

This thrift store piece was a little challenging. It was a slick paper, like a magazine page, so gesso was absolutely necessary. Then, it was smooth sailing from there. ✨🤗✨ I enjoyed doing the details. They look really happy! 😁

“Exhaustion” this thrift store revamp painting represents the feelings of complete and utter exhaustion. This is what happens when I paint what I feel. ❤️

“Eden is not yet Lost” collage on canvas✨

I gave this piece to a friend who is another lovely artist and a great person. Sometimes, it just feels good to have someone appreciate and “get” your art. Community is 💯❤️✨

I started water coloring to loosen things up a bit. I can be a stickler for detailing and definitely try for perfection. So, making a #beautiful mess every once in a while helps so much! ✨👁👄👁✨
