Turmeric Latte ASMR

We spoke about “The Rise of Superfoods” in coffee shop menus a few months ago and wanted to get back on the subject as we enter the period of colder evenings or as we like to call it the cozy weather time of the year.

Turmeric latte has been a staple on many cafes menus and a favorite amongst us all for many reasons.

A great option for non caffeine drinks, slightly spiced aroma, velvety texture and of course its anti-inflammatory properties, great antioxidant drink and mood support for the period when vitamine D is extra necessary.

The bright color comes from curcumin and the spiced aroma comes from cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and black pepper. Black pepper is essential when it comes to absorbing curcumin boosting the body’s capacity to absorb it by 2000%.

@fontehandcraftedblends has an amazing formula combining it all and keeping it not only vegan but also gluten free.

We’d love to know what’s your go to alternative to coffee during this time of the year by @artisancoffeegear

Choosing the right grinder depends on your coffee, your daily volume and how your team works.

Dosing by weight, precise grind adjustment, different grinders offer different solutions for the workflow behind the bar.

Here’s what to look at before choosing one.

A new friend on our team🤝🏽❤️ by @artisancoffeegear

$Choosing an espresso machine depends on how you work, how busy your cafe gets and what you need from it. Here’s a look at a few different machines, what they offer and where they make sense. Save this for when you’re choosing your next machine. \#CoffeeEquipment #EspressoMachine #CoffeeBusiness #SpecialtyCoffee #CoffeeShop by @artisancoffeegear$

The rise of home baristas opens up more opportunities for your business.

Customers are building home espresso setups, hosting coffee mornings, experimenting with new brewing methods and looking for ways to recreate their favourite drinks.

For roasters, this means opportunities to sell more retail coffee, build subscriptions and turn first-time buyers into regular customers.

For cafés, it means new revenue streams through retail beans, home-brewing equipment, workshops and curated coffee kits.

You already give customers a reason to love coffee. The next step is making it easier for them to enjoy your coffee at home, share it with others and come back for more.

Think beyond the cup you serve. What could your customers take home?

A marathon, a good cause, and a lot of people bringing something to the table.

At the @bucharest_marathon , we joined forces with @sloanecoffee , @brewtifi and @napolact.romania to fuel the runners supporting HOSPICE Casa Speranței.

HOSPICE provides free specialised care to children and adults living with incurable illnesses, helping manage pain, improve quality of life and support their families.

Our part was coffee. The bigger picture is making sure more people know about the work HOSPICE does and the families who need that support.

Different teams, different contributions, one cause worth getting behind.
