This historic Chelsea mansion stands on land once owned by the author of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, making it the ultimate spot to sip champagne while waiting for Santa to slide down one of its eight fireplaces. 🎅✨🥂

Spanning 10,160 square feet across six levels, this 25-foot-wide masterpiece pairs a Viking Tuscany chef’s kitchen and private garden with vaulted double-height skylit top-floor entertaining spaces, a private library, and five outdoor escapes. 🌿🍷🏙️

Even a Nor’easter won’t keep me from celebrating my frenemy’s birthday. 🧡

I’m a die-hard Rangers fan, but I have a soft spot for this agent of chaos, who somehow turned my own family against me at times.

So naturally, I had to run the Gritty 5K.

25 minutes, my fastest 5K yet! Apparently, running in an orange boa is my secret weapon. 😂

Who knew boas were my thing?! 🧡🏃‍♂️
Happy Birthday, @grittynhl . I still hate that I love you. by @asafbarlev

Time goes by way too quickly… my beautiful princess is 11 today! ❤️🎂

I love you so much, Ari — also known as the Cat Whisperer. 🐱❤️

For her birthday, she had just one request: a second cat. And apparently, saying no to the birthday girl wasn’t an option. 😂

So please meet the newest addition to our family… Cheeto or Chewie yet to be determined! 🐾❤️ by @asafbarlev

Can’t believe my best friend, the life of every party and the one who makes life so much more fun, is 8 today!

And to make this day even more perfect, Ari came home from camp today. Everyone is back together, and my heart is full. ❤️

Happy birthday, Liam! Love you more than words can say. 🥳🎈 by @asafbarlev

Awesome evening representing Hechter | Bar-Lev in the Hamptons with our @thecorcorangroup east family .
So great to see so many friends and colleagues that we love in such a beautiful setting . by @asafbarlev

I was very skeptical about hosting the World Cup in the USA, and I’m glad I was wrong.

FIFA is still as corrupt and disappointing as ever, but the tournament itself and American hospitality were outstanding.

There were plenty of highs and lows. I’m still devastated that England lost, and I’m still recovering from my altercation with some Argentina fans in Atlanta. But for the first time since I started following the World Cup at six years old, I truly felt like the world came together.

Experiencing it all with my family and friends is something I’ll always cherish.

¡Viva España! 🇪🇸⚽️🌎 by @asafbarlev

Congratulations to my beautiful princess on graduating 5th grade! 🎓💙

We’re so proud of you and can’t believe six amazing years at PS234 flew by so quickly. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for you, but we know it will be bright and brilliant.

Keep shining! ❤️✨ by @asafbarlev

Nothing brings people together quite like sports, and in New York City, only the Knicks can unite the entire city the way they do.

Last night was a reminder of why I love this city so much. The energy, the passion, and the sense of community were everywhere. For a few hours, New Yorkers from every neighborhood were celebrating together.

I’m especially happy for my friends and for all the kids who are die-hard Knicks fans. They’ve waited a long time for this moment, and it’s beautiful to see.

My loyalty will always be with the purple and gold, but I have a lot of love for the Knicks and couldn’t be happier for New York.

…at least until they play the Lakers by @asafbarlev

Looking at my grid, I sometimes wonder: who am I?

Running has completely transformed me and continues to push me in ways I never expected. Less than three weeks ago, I finished a half marathon and thought, “This is pretty cool. This is the perfect distance. I definitely don’t need to run a full marathon.”

Well… guess what?

I’m beyond excited to announce that I’ll be running the next New York City Marathon!

I’m even more thrilled to have been selected to run on behalf of @keepachildalive , a charity doing incredible work for children and families around the world. The connection between running and making a positive impact is one of the things I love most about this journey.

Every child deserves the opportunity to be all they can be and to live a healthy, happy, and safe life. KCA’s motto is: “Changing the world, one child at a time.” I’m truly honored to support such a meaningful cause.

Thank you for your support. God bless!

Out of all my midlife crises, this one is definitely my favorite.

Just completed my second half marathon in two months and somehow convinced myself running 13.1 miles is now a personality trait.

The #rbcbrooklynhalf was honestly pure joy; no drama, no injuries, just great vibes, great crowds especially as I was running for @teamforkids , and the overwhelming emotional experience of finally seeing the Coney Island boardwalk finish line in the sunshine.

Big shoutout to my amazing @thecorcorangroup crew who all killed it @ccpanos @brad_loe and @stevenmartinezny who did a second race that day and went to a showing afterwards.

Only disappointment? Nathan’s Famous still refusing to support the veggie hot dog community.

Already looking forward to the next race. 🏃‍♂️🌭💀 by @asafbarlev
