Friday-to-Friday Gym Dump of my favorite workouts 💪🏾🤗 #gymlife #workinprogress

Tried the battle ropes for the first time in years might have to bring this back into rotation for a shoulder day finisher.

Tried out this new fancy shmancy attachment while doing bent over cable extension, I normally use the rope.

Did a “Walk with Me” live on TikTok, and I actually enjoyed it might make it a regular thing. Speed 3.0 incline 8.0 for 30 mins.

Felt like shit this day but still showed up and I was able to do 3 x15 with 60lbs I’m slowly getting back up to PR of 75lbs 😭

Didn’t think I could do 88lbs on the lat pulldown and I actually did 🙂‍↔️
Thank ya @ms.unkommon

Tried pulsing sumo squats on the smith machine after my full leg day, 10/10 recommend! by @ascentbyaliyah

Typically prefer stretching at home but I had extra time and an empty gym. I like to hold each movement for atleast 10-15 seconds even longer if an area feels tight! Remembering to breathe as well is key for me to help deepen the movement.

Life is all about balance. Sometimes you’ve got to do the things you don’t want to do to become the person you want to be.
.
.

And y’all can’t say I never gave you a workout. 😏👇
Workout:

Bench Press: 4×15

Chest Flys: 3×20

Superset:
• Shoulder Press → Lateral Raises: 4 rounds to failure

Superset:
• Tricep Pushdowns: 3×15
• Front Raise → Shoulder Press: To failure

Superset:
• Incline Chest Flys: 3×12
• Modified Push-Ups: To failure

Finisher:
Jump rope for 3 songs, taking breaks as needed.

Remember… don’t be a bxtxh about it. 😂 Just get it done. 🙃
Happy Monday! 🫶

Just a reminder, mama — you’re still that woman.✨
Under the laundry, behind the lesson plans, in between the diapers and dinner preps… she’s still there.
Self-care doesn’t always mean spa days or silence (though those are nice too!) — sometimes it’s just getting dressed up, putting on that lip gloss, and remembering who you are. 💅🏾💖

As a mom of 4, with a home, husband, and even a dog in the mix — I get it. But you can’t pour from an empty cup. So take a moment for YOU. Fill your cup. Reclaim your glow.💫
