Love you always & forever Combine fam 🫶

Words do not express my gratitude for this community. Y’all know I don’t take lightly you trusting me to care, hold space and guide you on your movement journey… mentally and physically! You all were just as much a contribution to me as I was to you! Here is some content over the last 5 years of the chapters, phases and stages of our space and time together. Whether you are pictured in these images or not you impacted this space for all. What sets a gym or any space apart is its community! Thank you to each one of you for being responsible for the energy you bring to this space. Thank you for consistently showing up whether you wanted to that day or not. Collective strength and power will always be more fruitful and beautiful! Take care of each other out there just like you do in there… until we cross paths again! Thank you @_hoopy_ for trusting me to be your teammate every step of the way! What you have built is incredible! Thank you for all you do that no one will ever know. ❤️ by @ash.tagg

Recording at @thecombineuptown for the second time felt so good. Huge thanks to @_hoopy_ for hosting us and to @ash.tagg for bringing us in!

We even got to take a class recently—and it was a blast. We moved, we sweated, we played, the music was great… highly recommend checking it out.

If you’ve been curious, now’s the time—they’re offering 3 classes for $7 to get started. Go peek their schedule and try something new!

🚨Update! We’ve been deep in edits and are so excited to drop two new episodes soon—one Monday pod and one interview. Stay tuned!

Wishing you a weekend that’s balanced with whatever you need—rest, movement, laughter, checking things off, or just filling your cup. Big love from The Walk-In Club.

Follow us @walk.in.club for more behind-the-scenes and drops!

@ash.tagg is an athlete, coach, trainer, educator and major advocate for strength and mobility training — especially for skaters.

“I wanna play for as long as I can. I know how much I’ve recovered from rolled ankles or prevented rolled ankles because I train or have been able to hold manuals for longer because of the heavy lifting I’ve done… It’s not just grinding myself into the ground, because I can be smart about it.“

@ash.tagg sharing a glimpse of their time as chapter director of @skatelikeagirlsfbay !

“We had a curriculum that really created a two way street for authentic conversation… being able to use skateboarding as an actual and figurative vehicle to talk about things like self-confidence and humility and equity and determination and the power of our minds.”
