Mulled cider has officially entered the taprooms! We infuse our cider with orange zest, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, star anise and ginger, sweeten it with a mix of agave and honey and serve it in a hot mug.

🍎 We’ll carry mulled cider through the winter season! by @ashandelmcider

November Cider Month is Hazy Apple 🍎

You’re walking through an orchard with this one because it tastes like you’ve just bit into an apple you picked. That’s probably because we’ve taken @beasleys.orchard unfiltered juice, 200 gallons of it to make this really juicy, refreshingly hazy cider. It’s similar to Wayfinder, but even juicier and zesty.

ABV: 6%

Available not only in our taprooms but online to ship and now at all farmer’s markets.

Happy Halloween and Happy National Cider Month! 🍎🎃

If you didn’t know, October is National Cider Month, and we’re proud to be one of the leading cider makers in our area! The thing about all of us making cider is that it’s always cider season. 😏 So while the month may be coming to an end, the cup certainly isn’t empty!

A couple of heads-ups for this weekend:

🍏 Indy Taproom: Today, starting at 5pm, we’ll only be offering bar snacks and draft pours.

🍎 Carmel Taproom: We’ll be closed Sunday from 2–5pm for a private event.

Have a safe and happy Halloween, and we’ll see you for a cider! by @ashandelmcider

Make sure you grab your ciders for all your tricks and treats this weekend. by @ashandelmcider

Find us at the @irvhalloween Festival with some super special ciders! We’ll be pouring Paw Paw, Salted Pecan Autumntide, PB& Raspberry Jelly, Poached Pear, Sugar Plum Snowday, and a few of our Flagship Ciders.

We’ll also have HOT Mulled Cider. Come find us we’ll be in the Starbucks parking lot! by @ashandelmcider

Listen. We are not making anymore Autumntide, we’ve delivered the last of it to the taprooms, and we aren’t distributing anymore across Indiana or Ohio. THIS MEANS if you see it, you’re going to want to grab it because it’s the last of it until next year. by @ashandelmcider

In 3 days, we’ll host our last ever Drag Bingo with @chantal.devereaux.
Back when we shared a tiny little spot with a coffee shop, one of our bartenders told us he did drag sometimes on the side. We thought it would be fun, so we said “Sure!”, and eight years later, Drag Bingo is still running strong.

From raising funds for suicide prevention, giving groups of friends a mid-week pick me up, or just making sure everyone feels safe and welcomed, Chantal has been bringing the fun and fabulousness to Ash & Elm Cider Co. for a long time, and it’s hard to put into words just how much she’s meant to our customers and our staff.

Thanks, Chantal, for everything, and we hope to see you around town at your next gig!

If you want to come to the very last drag bingo in Carmel on the 28th, we suggest making a reservation on @opentable. Bingo starts at 7 and if you wanna eat we always suggest making the reservation at 6 or 6:30 by @ashandelmcider

Both taprooms are restocked with the rest of our Autumntidings Fall Ciders! You almost cleared us out during the first drop, so you’ll want to stop by this weekend!

🍌 PawPaw – Indiana’s banana with notes of ripe banana, mango, and vanilla custard.

🍐 Poached Pear – Fresh pear juice, vanilla bean, and star anise make this one delicate and sweet.

🥜 Peanut Butter & Jelly – A fan favorite made with real peanuts and raspberries!

🌰 Salted Caramel Pecan Autumntide – Our pumpkin cider with toasted pecans, extra sweetness, and a pinch of salt.

Plus, we dropped new merch! Long-sleeve tees, beanies, and mugs are waiting for you in the taprooms.
