Hi, I’m Ashley 👋🏼

Brow artist. Salon owner. Boy mom. And the woman behind Sage Beauty Collective.

I started my career almost 20 years ago shaping brows at a Benefit Brow Bar when I was just 20 years old. What started as a job quickly turned into a passion — helping women feel more confident with something as simple (and powerful) as great brows.

Over the years I worked in Santa Barbara, Australia, and Santa Maria, learning, growing, and refining my craft.

In 2014 I took a leap of faith and started my own business — Ash Brow Artist. I loved building something of my own, but deep down I knew I wanted to create something bigger than just a treatment room.

I dreamed of building a space where independent beauty professionals could grow their own businesses, support each other, and still have the freedom to be themselves.

So in 2021, Sage Beauty Collective was born.

Today Sage is home to 12 private suites filled with incredibly talented women in the beauty and wellness industry — from hair and brows to facials, lashes, massage and more.

What makes Sage special isn’t just the services… it’s the people inside it.

Watching these women grow their businesses, build confidence, and support each other has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

If you’ve ever sat in my brow chair, supported Sage, or cheered me on along the way — thank you. It truly means more than you know.

And if you’re new here… welcome 🤍 by @ashbrowartist

Welcome to Sage Beauty Collective ✨

What we do here is provide spaces for beauty professionals to create work environments that reflect their vision, grow their businesses, be their own bosses, and build careers they truly love.

Sage was created to make self-employment feel more possible, more supportive, and far less intimidating. Every artist we bring into Sage is carefully chosen for their incredible talent, professionalism, and the experience they create for their clients.

That’s why our clients receive such an elevated, private experience — because Sage is home to passionate professionals who genuinely love what they do.

At the end of the day, Sage is about empowerment. Helping beauty artists create freedom in their careers while creating a space where clients can come in, feel taken care of, and leave feeling their absolute best.

Whether Sage Beauty Collective becomes the future home of your business or your go-to place to relax, feel your best, and leave looking amazing — we can’t wait to welcome you. See you soon!

Every day, my to-do list seems to get longer, and everything starts piling up until it feels overwhelming. Sometimes I have to remind myself to pause, take a deep breath, and give myself a little grace.

Not everything has to get done today. It’s okay to slow down, take a step back, and be proud of what I have accomplished instead of focusing on everything I still need to do. 🤍

We’re all just trying to do our best, and sometimes that means reminding ourselves that what we’ve done is enough for today. by @ashbrowartist

OKAY GUYS… I bet you didn’t see this one coming! 🤎👀

I have a BROW PENCIL, too! And she’s GOOD. ✨

This ultra-fine tip pencil is perfect for filling in sparse areas and adding just the right amount of definition without making your brows look too heavy. 🤌🏼

The best part? Its versatile, neutral undertone works beautifully on everyone from blondes to dark brunettes!

And of course, she pairs PERFECTLY with my new Sage Brows brow gel. 🤎

Want to see the magic for yourself? I’ll show you at your next appointment! Or DM me “PENCIL” and I’ll send you the link to shop online! 🛍️ by @ashbrowartist

The best part about my new brow gel? You can customize your look! 🤎✨

Brush it through your brows in their natural direction for a soft, polished look, OR push the hairs up and into place for that lifted, laminated brow effect. 😍

However you like your brows, this gel has you covered!
