i was never the competition ♡ by @ashlene.etkie

hi, i’m ashlene! ♡

welcome to built with rae!

i’m a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and someone who’s always had a passion for fitness, movement, and bringing people together.

a little backstory: i hosted my very first community fitness event alongside @arlenevibesss and @roperfitness , and i absolutely loved every moment of it! seeing people come together, move, support one another, and simply enjoy being part of a community meant so much to me.

that experience inspired me to keep going. i continued hosting events in august and september, and guess what? there’s more to come!

that’s exactly why i created this page, a separate space from my lifestyle page dedicated to all things fitness, movement, and community.

whether it’s an event i’m hosting, an event i’m attending, workshops, or simply sharing my love for fitness and bringing people together, you’ll find it all here.

i’m excited to continue connecting, moving, growing, and building a community with you all.

resilient. authentic. empowered.

welcome to built with rae. we’re just getting started! ♡ by @ashlene.etkie

another homemade remedy in the books!🤭

this time, we’re making homemade elderberry syrup! i’ve been wanting to try this one, and it’s actually pretty simple to make.

elderberries contain antioxidants, including anthocyanins, and may help reduce the duration of some cold or flu symptoms, although research is still limited.

also, shoutout to the Deaf-owned business where i got my elderberries! @elderberryvita 🩷

what home remedy should i try making next? drop your ideas below! 👀 by @ashlene.etkie

in competition with myself ♡ by @ashlene.etkie

I host a backyard pizza party for my families- three different pizza served! 🍕🔥

I put my @oonihq pizza oven to work and used the Ooni app for recipe inspiration to make three different pizzas.

The Ooni oven reaches up to 950°F and can cook a pizza in as little as 60 seconds, so pizza night being served FAST. 🔥
