Summer 2026 will always be memorable…not only for surviving the seemingly never-ending heat dome 🥵 but because Blaze got a little sister. Meet Summer ☀️

Summer is @zachmcqueen new fur baby and she also happens to be Blaze’s biological sister, same dog parents! 🥹

Watching these two figure each other out has been equal parts adorable, chaotic, and hilarious 😂

I thought my life would look a little different at 34, but here we are… spending our Saturday at a Corgi pool pawty and honestly, wouldn’t have it any other way 😂🐾💦

Introducing ZEPPO GOES BYE-BYE 🐾

A children’s book inspired by a fluffy mutt who loved nothing more than hearing the words, “Wanna go bye-bye?”

I started writing Zeppo’s story as a way to honor him and all the adventures we shared.

But Zeppo taught me that the best memories aren’t always the big trips. Sometimes they’re the walks, or simply getting in the car, rolling down the window and listening to music.

So on National Dog Day, it feels especially fitting to finally introduce Zeppo’s next adventure to you ❤️

ZEPPO GOES BYE-BYE is coming soon.

Join the list at GoWithZeppo.com to be the first to know when it’s available.

Happy Birthday to my favorite food adventure buddy ❤️ There’s no one else I’d wake up at 6AM to take a train from Long Island to NYC with just for a sandwich…but when it comes to food, we don’t mess around 😂🥪

Life is so much more fun with you in it. Here’s to many more memories, laughs, and ridiculously good meals together ❤️ #girldad #katzdeli #newyorkcity #negrilloohana by @ashley_negrillo

September…I survived 🫠

From Blaze winning a corgi race, to getting a new sister, to finally feeling like I had found my groove with 75 Hard…only to quit it on Day 45 🤦🏻‍♀️ From the never-ending heat dome to FINALLY getting some crisp fall weather 🍁 This month felt like whiplash and I was just holding on for dear life.

But looking back, there’s actually a lot I’m proud of.

I stayed pretty consistent with most of my September goals, got back into strength training, lost 5 lbs, made some big progress ZEPPO GOES BYE BYE, and made it through 45 days of 75 Hard.

Now onto October 🍂

I’ll be traveling for about half the month, which historically throws my routine completely out the window. So instead of expecting my normal routine in a NOT normal month, I’m adjusting the goals.

My biggest focus: keep the promises I make to myself, even when the routine changes.

Here’s to a little less whiplash in October 🤞🏼😂

No one talks about how much laundry 75 Hard creates 😂

Two workouts a day adds up fast.
