We’re live! I’m so excited to share that the new TerraSana Health website is here.

You’ll find my services (Five Element
Acupuncture, Cosmetic acupuncture, and Microneedling), plus treatment guides for fertility, pregnancy, and perimenopause and beyond, and an easy way to book your session.

Not sure where to start? You can request a free 15-minute call right from the site. We’d love to hear what’s on your mind.

Unifying science with soul. The result is care that treats the symptom and the person who carries it.

Visit the link in the bio.

Most of us got very good at talking about the life we want, and a little less practiced at living in it.

If you look around and notice the two don’t match, that’s not failure. It’s information.

The distance between the life you have and the life you want is rarely as vast as it feels. Sometimes it’s one chair.

Back in the chair.

A reminder for your element type.

Save this for the week you’re running on fumes and still saying “I’m fine.”

Send it to the person who always does it all, the one who would never ask for help but would drop everything for you. Chances are you know exactly which slide is theirs.

And if you’re curious which one is yours, the quiz is in my bio.

There’s a version of care you give everyone else without thinking twice. And somehow, the moment it’s pointed at you, it disappears.

That’s not an accident, and it’s not a personality flaw.

It’s a pattern with a name, one that’s specific to how you’re wired, not just “being a giver.”

Once you can name it, you can actually work with it instead of white-knuckling through another cycle of burnout and recovery.

Curious what your pattern actually is? The quiz takes five minutes, and your first letter arrives the same day.

If you’re the one who notices what everyone else misses, who holds the standard, who can’t remember the last time something felt finished, this one’s for you.

Metal doesn’t need a higher bar. She needs recognition that actually lands, a sense of complete that doesn’t keep moving, and purpose that doesn’t depend on getting it perfect first. Releasing something before it’s flawless isn’t failure. It’s often the most honest form of done.

Swipe through, and if you see yourself in this, that’s your element talking.

Not sure if you’re Metal? The quiz takes five minutes, and your first letter arrives the same day.

Stuck-ness doesn’t look the same on everyone. And most advice for getting unstuck assumes it does.
Push harder. Let it go. Just decide. Trust the process.

For some elements, that’s exactly right. For others, it’s the opposite of what actually helps, which is why generic advice so often falls flat, no matter how many times you try it.

Wood needs a real pause, not more force. Earth needs self permission, not another person to hold up. Fire needs rest, not more performance. Water needs one small certainty to stand on, not a leap. Metal needs “done,” not “perfect.”

Swipe through and find yours. The way out isn’t the same for everyone, but it’s specific to you. And that’s usually where the relief is.

Earth is the hidden thread that holds every seasonal transition together.

Not just as a season of its own, but as the constant pivot point between every element and the next. The caretaker that receives you from one season and delivers you to the next. The ground beneath every change.

And if you have been showing up for everyone else while quietly navigating your own transition. A child individuating, a parent needing you, a body asking different questions, a life that is shifting beneath the surface, this is Earth’s medicine calling to you.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to wait until the transition is complete to deserve support.

Give yourself to Earth. Let it hold you the way you have been holding everyone else.

Which transition are you currently moving through? I’d love to know in the comments.

If you’re the one who sees the path before anyone else does, who turns an idea into a plan before the room has finished talking, this one’s for you.

Wood doesn’t need to slow down or want less. She needs vision she trusts, boundaries that hold, and room to grow toward something that is actually hers. Movement without direction is exhausting, and she can feel the difference in her body.

Swipe through, and if you see yourself in this, that’s your element talking.

Not sure if you’re Wood? The quiz takes five minutes, and your first letter arrives the same day.

Quality time doesn’t feel the same for everyone. Because we don’t love the same way, or receive love the same way either.

This is what it feels like to be with each element, at their best. The parent who makes you feel held without a word. The friend who makes anything feel possible. The one who lets you stop performing and just be. The one who somehow understands what you couldn’t say. The one who cuts through the noise and hands you clarity.

Swipe through and tell me, who’s your Earth? Your Fire? Your Water?

And if you’re wondering which one you are the quiz is in my bio.

“Which one is my real element?”
I get this question a lot, especially from people who took the quiz years ago and are getting a different answer now.

Here’s the truth: you were never meant to be diagnosed once and filed away. You’re not a fixed personality type.

You’re a living system, in relationship with the seasons, with your life, with what today is actually asking of you.

Your constitutional nature doesn’t change. But the element asking for your attention right now? That can shift as you do.

Curious where you’re standing today? Quiz is in my bio.

Not a verdict, just a mirror.

If you’ve spent years being the one who lights up the room, keeps everyone laughing, makes the hard moments feel lighter, this one’s for you.

Fire doesn’t need more stimulation. She needs real closeness. Real joy, not performed joy. A love she can trust enough to stop proving herself for.

Swipe through, and if you see yourself in this, that’s not a coincidence. That’s your element talking.

Not sure if you’re Fire? The quiz takes five minutes, and your first letter arrives the same day.

For a long time, this was a print club. Something that arrived, that you enjoyed, that lived quietly in your world. But somewhere along the way, it asked to become more.

An original art print. A love letter written from the season. A personal letter from me, going deeper into the medicine. A practice to bring it into your body, not just your thoughts.

Not another thing to keep up with. A monthly return to yourself. held by the seasons, by ancient wisdom, by the elements.

This is The Elemental Ritual. And I built it because I believe the life you’re building deserves more than efficiency. It deserves reverence.

Golden Hour, this month’s offering from the Earth Element, is getting ready to be sent.
