POSTS STORIES REELS

Guatemala gave me something I wasn’t looking for.

I came expecting beautiful landscapes and ancient traditions. I left with a deeper appreciation for what it means to belong to a community, to honor the Earth, and to slow down enough to truly listen.

I had the privilege of spending time with a local Mayan family who welcomed me into their home with incredible generosity. Their kindness reminded me that some of life’s greatest wealth isn’t measured by what we own, but by how we care for one another.

I also participated in a traditional Mayan fire ceremony led by Mayan spiritual guides. Around the fire, I experienced a practice that has been passed down through generations, a moment to reflect, express gratitude, and reconnect with intention.

Lake Atitlán, the volcanoes, the markets, the conversations, and the people all left a lasting impression on me.

Travel has a way of reminding us that while our languages, customs, and daily lives may be different, the things that matter most are remarkably universal: family, purpose, respect for nature, and hope for future generations.

Thank you to everyone who opened their hearts and shared a piece of your culture with me. I’ll carry these lessons long after I’ve returned home. Special love to @stevenyoungalchemist for being you!

When I arrived in Nosara Costa Rica, I had this vision: a home wide open to the jungle, coffee outside every morning, howler monkeys all around me.

But my actual intention was different. I came here to get grounded. To get clear.

So when I walked in and saw a big cement wall, covered in vines and roots, tucked under the forest canopy… I was irritated. Where was my open-air rainforest living room?

Then it hit me. I wasn’t getting what I pictured. I was getting exactly what I asked for, placed right under the rainforest floor, surrounded by roots and soil, in the perfect setting to get grounded.

That cement wall covered in roots was exactly what I needed, in exactly the perfect moment. It was exactly what I called in.

How often do we walk into our own version of that cement wall, expecting one thing, and missing that it’s the answer to what we actually asked for? by @ashleyannsherman

How do you think the smartphone would be different if this group of amazing tech gals designed it? I can certainly tell you that managing life would have been a whole lot easier. Women are desperately needed to help shift the future of technology from mothers, daughters, and grandmothers! This is the only way we will build for humans rather than business scale. Both are fine but it can't be one sided. Just by utilizing technology you're shifting the game! Btw - an LLM did not write this 😉 purely from 💛 by @ashleyannsherman

I didn’t set out to build technology. I set out to build something that understands people. 🤍 And now more than ever I am committed to that mission. Although this article is a few months old it resonates more now. 🦋 Link in bio. by @ashleyannsherman

I couldn't be more excited to advocate for women and technology. The opportunity to be a voice and shape the future of how technology evolves is truly an honor, but I do need help from all of you to stand up and use your voices on the ethics of how technology is being created. If you've watched your children play Roblox, specifically "dress to impress" you'll see that it's lacking on emotional intelligence and rewards comparison, contrast, and negative behavior. This is not the world I would like my children to continue growing in. How about you? by @ashleyannsherman

🎉 It’s my birthday, and I really wanted to give something back this year.

If you’re going through a career change or were affected by the recent layoffs and just need someone to talk to, a quick look at your resume/LinkedIn, or a bit of support, I’d love to help!

Not as a coach… just as a fellow human cheering you on. 💛

Egypt didn’t just invite me to remember — it brought people to help me remember. Each one became a mirror, reflecting both my shadows and my light.

Some offered warmth and recognition the kind that feels like home. Others stirred something deeper, edges I hadn’t touched in years, truths I hadn’t wanted to see.

But that’s how Egypt works.
It doesn’t just show you ancient temples, it awakens the temple within you, It places the right souls in your path, not to comfort you, but to call you higher.

Through every reflection the gentle, the triggering, the beautiful, I began to see myself more clearly. Not as who I thought I needed to be, but as who I’ve always been.

This journey has been less about sightseeing and more about soul-seeing. And through it all, I’m learning that remembering isn’t just about the past, it’s about reclaiming the truth of the present.

Who I am. Why I’m here. And how love keeps guiding me back… to myself. ✨💚 by @ashleyannsherman

The most amazing trip of my life! 💛 by @ashleyannsherman

✨ People are mirrors.
My beautiful soul friend from Poland shared her heart with me her stories, her kindness, her generosity. Out of pure love, she gave me this photo shoot. I believe she knew, even then, that this reflection would one day align with my soul’s purpose.

It reminded me of something simple but profound:
🌍 We are united by culture.
💙 We are united by humanity.
✨ And above all, we are united by love.

Love is the universal language. We don’t always need words our hearts and our eyes can speak for us.

Technology is no different. It’s a mirror of us. If we give it fear, it reflects fear. But if we give it love, compassion, and creativity it will reflect back a world worth living in.

Let’s choose to give technology the good side of our mirrors, guided by love. 💡💫

🌈 Being a Spectrum Mama is the greatest honor of my life.
Because spectrum kids aren’t just amazing — they’re the future.

They love harder than anyone I’ve ever known. 💜 Their hearts are bigger, their empathy is deeper, and their capacity for pure, unconditional love is something this world desperately needs.

And it’s not just love they bring — it’s vision.
💡 In the next 10 years, spectrum kids will help shape technology that is more human, more creative, and more compassionate.
✨ Their hyper-focus will unlock breakthroughs we’ve only dreamed of.
✨ Their creativity will spark new solutions to problems we can’t solve yet.
✨ Their deep sensitivity will make sure innovation serves people — not the other way around.

They are vital to where we’re going as a society.
Without them, we cannot build the kinder, brighter, more connected future humanity deserves. 🌍

I am beyond proud to be a Spectrum Mama. And I believe with my whole heart: when spectrum kids rise, the whole world rises. 🌸
