For a long time, movement has been more than just training for me.

I went through a period in my life where anxiety and panic attacks were part of my everyday reality. I needed an outlet, something proven to support my mental health through happy hormones like dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins. Thats when I found physical training.

What started as a way to feel grounded turned into a lifelong practice. Over the years, training taught me discipline, confidence, and how to listen to my body, not just physically, but emotionally too.

Ten years later, I’m still training, now as a certified personal trainer. Not for aesthetics alone, but because I know everyone has their own reason for showing up.

If I can be that outlet for others, in whatever way they need, that’s what truly fulfills me.

I’m excited to share more of this here.🤍
