A mini vlog of Bookcon Day 1 🤍

I don’t know how people do DITL this was so hard haha. I didn’t get a lot of footage bc Bookcon was so overwhelming that I just wanted to cry.

I have a lot of thoughts about Bookcon- getting them all together so I ca make a video about it tonight. I was very stressed and overwhelmed by the weekend and honestly wish I didn’t pay $400 to go.

I got a some of arcs/books, met some cool people and ran into some bookish friends which was the saving grace of the day.

DOB of the day🫶🏽

Today is my dog’s neurologist appointment-so just a simple fit !! I’ve been sharing a little bit of what’s been going on, but right after my birthday my dog stopped walking and we rushed her to the emergency vet and did a few more ER vet visits, orthopedic surgery consults, neurology appointments and more. Surgery is going to be 12k for a 50/50 chance of her walking again. We have been fundraising but also trying to accept that we might have a disable dog so fundraising for a wheelchair and any care than might come along with that. She’s doing slightly better with drinking and eating but still not able to walk. We’re hoping to get some positive news today🫶🏽

QOTD: what are yall reading today? what are your plans for the day?

AUTO BUY AUTHORS✨

Here are my auto buy authors. I have sooo many of their books on my shelves. I think they are all such amazing writers, I would read ANYTHING (and I truly mean ANYTHING) that they wrote.

Do you have any auto buy authors in common and which one(s)? If not, who are yours ?
