I hear people all the time say, you can’t hard boil fresh eggs. I beg to differ. Watch and read how to make hard boiled and deviled eggs with me and enjoy! 😋

Grab a pot that is large enough to hold all your eggs.
Place enough water in the pot where so there will be at least a half an inch of water above the eggs.
Bring the water to a boil.
Once water is boiling place your eggs in the water slowly. I use a slotted spoon.
boil eggs for 10 minutes.
Turn off heat, cover, let sit in the water for five more minutes.
Drain hot water and put eggs into an ice bath. Keep stirring eggs around and add more ice if needed, until eggs are cooled to the touch.
I tap on both eggs then roll.
Peel and enjoy.

If making deviled eggs. Once eggs are peeled, sliced in half then place yolks in a mixing bowl, with mayonnaise, sweet relish and mustard.
Sprinkle with paprika, it's just for looks. You can also use smoked paprika like I sprinkled on. You can make it fancy by putting a slice of a black or green olive or even a small piece of bacon.

My mom just baked all these cookies. She is 87 and still bakes every week for her Nieghbors. So blessed to have been raised in a home that was full of cooking and baking. ❤️❤️

Happiness is…… ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
Receiving a sweet mug and beautiful snowflake earrings from your great niece and then getting to wear them a few months later when you are both in her Aunt and your niece/Goddaughter’s Christmas wedding.

It’s the beginning of the week, start it off with a healthy snack. A yogurt bowl can be made sweet and healthy with fruit , hemp hearts and cocoa chips.
What did you have for a snack today?

On this #thankfultuesday I hope you have a beautiful day and get to enjoy a favorite drink of yours. Do you like a dirty chai tea?
This is chai tea topped with a cocoa espresso whip, sprinkled with cinnamon. 😋

Happy Monday! Yes I have been on a yogurt bowl kicked. But they are so yummy and healthy, why not? I wanted a snack with some crunch so instead of grabbing something unhealthy like chips, you can make a yuck bowl on top it with your favorite healthy crunchy toppings like granola, hemps seeds or you can use hemp hearts and chai seeds. Do you have a favorite crunch add in?

Happy Saturday! Sometimes you just need to bring a tropical vibe into your bowl. If you have picky eater’s that may not want to try something new or healthy. Try making a fun yogurt bowl that will not only make their face smile but it will make their gut smile. 🏝️. If you need a pick me up, sprinkle espresso powder into it. 😋
