When I’m ACTUALLY telling the truth… and Mom doesn’t believe me! 😭😂

We’re kicking off a new Life Skill this month- HONESTY! Little lies can have big consequences. Once trust is broken, even the truth can be hard to believe.

💯 Honesty builds trust. Lies break it.

One year. Many tournaments. One very special collection of autographs. 🥋❤️

What started as a goal at ATA Worlds 2025 became a year-long journey of meeting the Grand Masters who inspire our ATA family.

More than just signatures, each one represents the traditions and legacy of Eternal Grand Master H.U. Lee.

This Founder’s Month, we honor his vision and the legacy that continues to inspire generations.

One Founder. One Vision. One Legacy. ❤️🥋

This week’s ATA Athlete of the Week is Senior Master Patricia Church! 🌟

Senior Master Church shares how Eternal Grand Master H.U. Lee inspired her to begin her Tae Kwon Do journey and how she continues to honor his legacy by raising funds for the H.U. Lee Foundation.

Her story is a great reminder that the impact of one person’s inspiration can continue for generations! ❤️

Thank you, Senior Master Church, for inspiring others and helping make a difference both on and off the mat!
