POSTS STORIES REELS

As the cozy season is here, what could be better than enjoying a creative afternoon?

If you'd like to slow down and bring a sense of calm and beauty in your days, work with your hands, feel the soft porcelain and create beautiful pieces, then my porcelain workshops might just be the thing for you!

7/11 @lene__keramiek : making a collection of herbarium tableware
28/11 @keramiekateliercraquele : cozy winter cottages
05/12 @ateliernausika : creating porcelain story bowls (as on these pictures)

I'm looking forward to meeting you soon and spending a lovely and cozy creative afternoon together!

How I love these autumn days in October ...
lighting a scented candle,

reading seasonal books,

enjoying the view on the garden while working in my studio,

the changing colours and warm hues in the garden.

What's your favourite autumnal moment these days?

And just like that, it's October! Definitely one of my favourite months.

“Autumn,
doesn’t rush.
It teaches us
how to slow down
and fall in love with stillness.”

- Laura Leafsong

I wish you a beautiful and abundant autumn season with slow moments of stillness!

"The exceeding beauty of the earth, in her splendour of life, yields a new thought with every petal. The hours when the mind is absorbed by beauty are the only hours when we really live, ... "

It's heartbreaking to watch our garden (and nature in general) suffering from the drought and the heat.

So instead of worrying too much I started creating in my studio.

Looking around in my garden for inspiration and plants that are still beautiful despite the drought. Or maybe because of it, as there's a delicate beauty in dried grasses and flowers setting to seed, isn't it?!

harmonious landscape, all along the shore...
And the Clear hills, as high as they ascend

' A walk in the forest' is inspired by the beauty and treasures found during my walks in the woods.
There's so much to discover on a walk when one really takes the time to pay attention, don't you think so too?!

This coming weekend, at the International Ceramic Days in Oldenburg (DE), you can enjoy my collection of these antique boxes filled with botanical treasures made in porcelain, among other new work.

See you there!
