Speed is earned, not given. ⚡️

Every rep. Every sprint. Every drill has a purpose. We don’t chase excuses #tynansperformance #mifflin #athletedevelopment #footballtraining we chase improvement. Build explosive acceleration, top end speed, and confidence that shows up on game day.

Develop. Compete. Dominate. by @athleticswithjo

Everyday you get to work is a blessing, each day is another chance to fulfill pieces of your destiny. You will find your purpose!

A Wideouts number 1 job is to catch the ball, but in the process there are factors. These drills teach patience, hand eye coordination and attentiveness. It teaches the nervous system to adapt to the environment around them and how to gage their focus on the ball rather then the prospective conditions around them. #athlete #explore #football #widereceiverdrills by @athleticswithjo

We all have goals this offseason! Make sure you are working just as hard to achieve them, these drills will get you breakdowns and cuts right where they need to be!#receivers #football #athletes #widereceiverdrills #widereciever by @athleticswithjo

7th grade. Big goals. Bigger work ethic. 💪🏽

Speed, explosiveness, and athletic development on the menu today. Every rep counts, and this young athlete is putting in the work to separate from the pack.

The future starts now. 🚀
