Body ⚡️Transformation • I did this in 20 days! Imagine what you can do in 90 days 🤔. The body is so amazing in what you can get it to accomplish in such a short time frame. DEMAND what you want from your body because that Muscle Mind Connection is Everything! It starts with you and your mindset. Change your mindset and the body will follow.
▪️
The math is quite simple: Hard Work X Discipline = Results

This is not magic 🪄 and there is no quick fix! Just stick to a plan and trust the process!💪🏾

Debuting my Locs at my last competition was one of the BEST (and hardest 😬) decisions I ever made when it comes to competing. I went back and forth for weeks! I finally decided I wanted to live outside the norm of the bodybuilding world where girls that look like me feel pressed to cover up their natural hair with wigs or extensions. I decided that these judges were gonna see ME for ME and I must say I felt so FREE on that stage!
🔷
I just want to encourage any of my sisters that are facing these same battles to JUST DO IT! Rock your CROWN 👸🏾 and do it proudly!
🔷
I know I’m not the first to do it and surely I won’t be the last but hopefully this motivated someone today. I also want to thank my family and friends for motivating me which made my decision even easier! Lastly I want to thank my loctition @theresafordstyles Mrs T we did a thing and it only gets better from here! Thank you soo much!

✨Double Shot because it’s #HumpDay & #WellnessWednesday ✨ by @athlifestyle

If pictures were a reality check! 🥴 My Wellness Debut! Moral of the story: I got A LOT of work to do!! I’m ready for the challenge this is only the beginning. No upcoming shows at moment 🙅🏾‍♀️. Improvement season starts NOW!

Plan: Continue to Build & Grow. This Category is NO JOKE and I plan on bringing my A Game my next go around.

Proud Moment: I self trained/prep for 10 weeks. Transformed my body from Covid weight (160lbs) to 142lbs (stage weight) in a that short time frame. Hella proud of myself 😊. I now know what the judges are looking for and what I need to bring to this category and I couldn’t be more excited to put in this work!!! #LetsGo! by @athlifestyle

In the fitness world we tend to do this A LOT I just have one advice: STOP 🛑

Be your own goals. Everyone story is different. And trust me most people aren’t posting their “true journey”. (I’ll leave that there 😏)

We tend to give up on ourselves because we don’t reach the same body goals as someone. I’m here to tell you be your own competition YOU vs YOU always.

Side note: Others can Inspire and Motivate you but only to become a better version of YOURSELF not THEM #Message by @athlifestyle

Happy Birthday Day ATH!

I’m proud of you and what you are becoming girl you are a BADASS and don’t let anyone tell you any different.

This year you about to shake things up!

Leg day is my least favorite day... but to get the results I want I have to step out of my comfort zone.

We hitting legs 3x a week ...I keep it real BASIC and don’t do any crazy nonsense. The BASIC ish works!! 😂 (TRUST ME 😏)

Some of my staples: Hams/Glutes Day
3x12-15 Reps
🔲 BB Sumo Deadlifts
🔲 KB Stiffleg Deadlift
🔲 Hexbar Squats
🔲 Hack Squat Machine (hams focus)
🔲 Leg Press Machine (hams focus) by @athlifestyle
