A flock of starlings gathers courage beneath the autumn sky, soon bound for warmer lands.
Together, they find both the way and the courage to fly.

A butterfly landing on you can carry many beautiful meanings – but one of the most touching things I’ve heard is that it can be a sign from someone you love who has passed away.

Last week, one landed on me, and I couldn’t help but think of my dad. I suddenly felt this strong urge to call him, just to hear his voice again.

Looking back, I wonder if maybe he really was there with me.

It stayed with me for a long time. In the end, I gave it some water – and then it quietly said goodbye. by @atimaina

Håper alle nyter fine dager! 💛

A Happy Easter 💛 Filled with beautiful contrasts – creativity and quality time, friends and family, egg hunts, sunshine and snow, cozy moments on the couch with Easter crime… and a little visit from Dave (a tiny storm) today! 💛🐣☀️

Hope you’re all enjoying these lovely days 💛 by @atimaina

Snart!

Tro på vår og kjærlighet.

You can hear the snow melting.
Smell the spring approaching.
Snowdrops peek out among patches of white and green.
The birds chirp about long, bright days to come.
A sun that warms both soul and mind.

Soon!

Believe in spring and love.

Januar / februar
Et vakuum. Unntakstilstand. Sykdom. Ventende sorg. Verdifulle små øyeblikk.
Død, sorg og avskjed.

Pappa ❤️

Men sola kom tilbake til slutt.
Det blir bra.

January / February
A vacuum. A state of emergency. Illness. Anticipatory grief. Precious small moments.
Death, grief, and farewell.

Dad ❤️

But the sun came in the end.
It will be okay. by @atimaina

Det vakre gamle tuntreet er i Sarpsborg.🪾

A little detour on the way to something else — and exactly the recharge I didn’t know I needed. A few hours at the spa, two aufguss sauna rituals, a 5°C sea dip, and an extra good night’s sleep… what more could one wish for? 🥰

No filter - just a incredible beautiful sunrise today 😍 by @atimaina

💛🧡🤎

I took both myself and my camera out today.
Breathed in autumn — the light, the sounds, the stillness.

For et år siden danset himmelen for meg! 🌌
Kameralinsa fanget fargene bedre enn øyet, men hjertet fanget øyeblikket.

A year ago, the sky danced for me! 🌌
Here in the south, it’s rare to see the northern lights, but she came for a visit – so quiet and beautiful 💫
The camera caught the colors better than my eyes, but my heart caught the moment.
One day I’ll follow her way up north and experience the real deal! ✨#bucketlist by @atimaina

«As trees breathe out, we breathe in —
the rhythm that keeps all life alive.»

I love huge trees! 🌳 They are so magical and I almost feel like grounding just looking at them!! 🤩
This tree i photographed one year ago and I couldn’t stop thinking of how it resembles a human lung! 🫁

Some (bad) days require some soul medicine.
Tonight this was it for me. A glass of red wine (even on a Tuesday), painting and listening to music.. it’s like pure meditation for me. #mindfullness #creativity #music #meditation
