kinda chic to… ✨ hit your workout instead of hitting up your ex ✨ say “no” to plans because you already have a date with the squat rack ✨ stop letting one bad meal turn into a 3-day spiral ✨ protect your gym time like you protect your peace ✨ stop explaining why you need an hour to yourself ✨ progressively overload instead of emotionally overloading ✨ eat enough protein and stop entertaining people who give you nothing back ✨ take a rest day because recovery is productive, actually ✨ stop people-pleasing AND start plate-loading ✨ leave people on read and finish your last set ✨ have standards — for your relationships AND your training ✨ stop giving everyone access to you while giving yourself the bare minimum ✨ say “no thanks” to things that drain you and “yes please” to another 5kg on the bar ✨ realise consistency applies to boundaries too kinda chic to get stronger. kinda chic to protect your peace. **kinda chic to stop abandoning yourself for everyone else.** 💅🏼 strong body. strong boundaries. questionable playlist choices. #AtomicStrongGirls #GirlsWhoLift #GymGirl #strengthtraining by @atomic.performance
Just levelling up my knowledge 📚🤩 by @atomic.performance
Things YOU should be chasing instead of just being "skinny"... 1. Being strong enough to carry your own life. Groceries. Luggage. Kids. Furniture. Your body should make life easier, not harder. 2. Building a body that supports you for decades. Muscle isn't just for aesthetics—it's an investment in your future health, mobility, and independence. 3. Having energy that lasts all day. Train to feel energised, productive, and resilient—not constantly exhausted from chasing smaller numbers. 4. Celebrating what your body can do. Your first push-up. Your first pull-up. Your first 100kg deadlift. Those wins stay with you far longer than any diet. 5. Building discipline, not punishment. Exercise shouldn't be something you have to do because you ate dessert. It should be something you choose because you respect yourself. 6. Creating a life where you're proud of yourself. The strongest women I know aren't obsessed with being the smallest person in the room—they're focused on becoming the strongest version of themselves. 7. Feeling confident walking into any gym. Confidence doesn't come from the number on the scale. It comes from knowing what you're capable of. ✨ Strong is not the opposite of feminine. It's one of the most empowering things you can become. #WomensStrengthTraining #StrengthCoach #GirlsWhoLift #AtomicPerformance #weightloss by @atomic.performance
A warm welcome to Sarah, who has officially joined the GAINS coaching team! ❤️ Sarah has already hit the ground running, and we’re excited for our members to get to know her. As our coaching team continues to grow, we’re looking forward to offering members even more support, guidance, and flexibility to help them achieve their goals. If you see Sarah around the gym, don’t be shy - say hi and help us make her feel right at home! 🤗 #GAINSGYM by @atomic.performance
Let's break down your cycle and how you can train smarter, not harder 😏🤝🏼🩸 **General advice - always consult with a medical professional/coach regarding your personal needs** #gymmotivation #training #menstrualcycle by @atomic.performance
It’s been a while, so let me reintroduce myself... I’m Sarah-Louise: the coach behind Atomic Performance. I love lifting weights, challenging myself, and helping women realise they’re capable of so much more than they think. My mission is simple: help women build strength, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle they can maintain for life. No quick fixes. No extremes. Just sustainable habits, strong bodies, and stronger minds. Thanks for being here. Whether you’ve followed me for years or just found my page, I’m glad you’re along for the ride. ✨ #womenwholift #fitnessjourney #strongnotskinny #powerlifting #training by @atomic.performance

This is your sign to stop saying "I'll start next week." I've opened a very limited number of face-to-face coaching spots at Atomic Performance, and once they're filled, I'm closing my books again. If you've been wanting to get stronger, finally feel confident walking into the gym, and have someone in your corner who actually knows how to get you results—this is your opportunity. No random workouts. No guessing. No starting over every Monday. Just structured coaching, accountability, and a plan built specifically for you. The women I coach don't just change their bodies—they change the way they carry themselves. If you've been watching from the sidelines, this is your chance to be part of it. ⚡ Limited spots. ⚡ First in, first secured. ⚡ Once they're gone, you'll be waiting for the next intake. DM ATOMIC and let's get to work! #AtomicPerformance #AtomicStrongGirls #WomensStrengthTraining #StrongWomen #GirlsWhoLift #GymMotivation #GirlsWhoLift by @atomic.performance

Protein = the 🔑 to that lean, toned look you’re chasing 👏 Ladies, if you’re training hard but skipping protein? You’re missing the magic. Protein helps you: ✨ Build & repair muscle ✨ Feel fuller for longer ✨ Boost that sculpted, strong look you’re working for Where to find it? 🥩 Chicken, beef, fish, eggs 🍳 Tofu, tempeh, Greek yogurt 🥜 Nuts, beans, lentils 💪 And yes—protein shakes count too! (Whey or plant-based both work—bonus if it tastes like dessert 🍫😉) Pro tip: Aim for 20–30g per meal, and sneak in a shake post-workout for max gains 👊 Tag a friend who needs to up their protein game 💬👇 #atomicstronggirls #proteinisqueen #fuelyourmuscles #womenwholift #strongnotskinny by @atomic.performance
The gym changed more than my body. It built confidence. It taught discipline. It showed me I’m capable of more than I ever thought possible. The physical results are great, but becoming stronger mentally is the real win. #powerlifting #gymtok #womenwholift by @atomic.performance
