HYRBID WEEK // MONDAY

Fun morning with the crew this morning starting their week right.

On Mondays we run our STRONG and our LEAN programs, both featuring squatting movement patterns across the session.

HYBRID week is our power focus week so you’ll see the inclusion of tempo work and plyometrics to develop our ability to produce force and move quickly.
