Hi friends! It’s Chelsie and Emily, founders of Attend. ✨

We’ve updated our website and would love for you to take a peek & share it with anyone looking for help creating spaces with intention and warmth.

We started our little studio in 2023 with a handful of wonderful clients and a very basic website we built ourselves. With the help of @beautyshoppdx and @biiiiig____stretch , we now have a much more complete home for Attend, with more about us, more examples of our work, and a project inquiry form.

We’re currently accepting projects for fall/winter and would love to hear from you if you have a dream you’d like to bring to life.

We’re based in Portland, but work all over. Let’s connect! 💌 by @attend_interior

We’re nearing the finish line at the #swbrickhouse project. We’ve waited a long time to see all these colors and patterns come together ✨✨✨ by @attend_interior

We’ve made it to the stage where fragile things like leaded glass panels and painted cabinets doors with hardware are being installed on our #swbrickhouse project. After months of looking at the inside of these cabinets it is so nice to finally see these little flower cutouts again. 🌷✨ by @attend_interior

some paint progress at our farmhouse project on Orcas Island. Getting to play with color! 💅🏼 by @attend_interior

Some views of a new post and beam midcentury kitchen project in our office. The kitchen is small and was made to feel smaller with too many upper cabinets and some dysfunctional angular counters. We didn’t expand the footprint, but we did remove a fin wall, shift a post, replace a swing door with sliding doors, and grow the window at the sink. We made some subtle, careful shifts and introduced a palette of timeless midcentury materials that feel like the house and the clients. This one is tiny and all about the details. ✨ by @attend_interior

UPDATE: We filled the position & are no longer accepting applications.

We’re still accepting applications for the design assistant role we’re hiring for. Send us referrals if you know any talented interior designers who want to help bring some cool projects to life! by @attend_interior

UPDATE: We filled the position & are no longer accepting applications.

We’re hiring! Come join our small team! We have a lot of fun projects and we need someone to help us bring them to life. Share far and wide if you know any designers out there looking! by @attend_interior

Here’s Heidi! Our contribution to the Block Party silent auction raising money for @chappdx. Thank you Bo @madepdx and DWR for asking us to be a part of this fun & meaningful event.

We had so much fun creating this playful little table full of folky inlaid butterflies, beautifully executed by Brendan and Joe @eastsidewoodworks, our down the street neighbors and entrepreneur buddies. 🙂

We are excited to see all the other original designs our design and construction community comes up with and we hope some of you make it out to DWR tonight from 5-8 to say hi & bid on some pieces! by @attend_interior

Look and feel for an earthy modern new build with @mw_works - referencing PNW midcentury architecture and craft in all forms. by @attend_interior

We are so excited about the installation of these parquet floor patterns at our SW Brick House project. 😍 #swbrickhouse

Thank you @theworkspdx & team. by @attend_interior

Emily just got back from a quick site visit to check on progress at our #WhidbeyAFrame renovation. Sharing a few views inside - the new kitchen beams and sub floor going in, electrical rough-in, framed window openings awaiting their new windows. Can’t wait to see this tiny but sweet project take shape. by @attend_interior

Some recent schematic views from our Tabor kitchen. We were inspired by the existing 1940’s curves & patterns in the home. Took it to 3D to visualize painted cabinets with wood parquet floors vs. stained cabinetry with tile floors. We landed on painted! 💅🏼 by @attend_interior
