Telehealth, peptide, and longevity founders: Utah just let an AI renew prescriptions. Don’t build your model on it yet.
Here’s what actually happened. Utah has a regulatory sandbox that lets the state waive its own licensing laws for a pilot. A company called Doctronic got in.
What it covers:

→ Renewals only
→ Chronic meds only
→ No new prescriptions
→ Physicians review the early renewals before the AI runs on its own

Utah’s own Medical Licensing Board asked the state to shut it down. The state said no.
What that means for you: this is one state, one waiver, one company. It is not the law in your state, and the FDA question is still open.

Build on what’s legal today. Structure it so you can move when the rules change.

Would you let an AI renew your patients’ prescriptions? Tell me in the comments.

Anyone currently developing an AI Peptide platform? by @attorneydavidsheehan

“Research use only” on the vial is not a legal strategy.
The FDA looks at what you actually do: your claims, your customers, your payment processing. That’s where RUO companies get shut down, and it’s where the ones that last get built right.
I’ve spent 18 years practicing law and building my own startups in gray and emerging markets. I’ve architected, scaled, and exited cannabis companies. Now I build peptide companies that can raise capital, scale, and sell.

Serious about launching? DM me “RUO” and let’s talk.

Why does Big Pharma want peptides kept off the market?
👇
On October 7th, the Washington Post reported that Washington is working on a plan to let pharmacies sell some peptides that have been off limits.

It’s not final yet, and some people want to make sure it never is.

Their argument: too risky, not enough data.

Peptides were first made in a lab in 1901. Insulin is a peptide, and doctors have prescribed it since 1922.

So ask yourself one question: who loses money when patients get another option?

I’m not saying anyone’s been bought. I’m saying follow the money.

Here’s what I do know. When this door opens, the clinics and pharmacies doing it the right way are about to win big.

That’s what I do for my clients. I architect business models to win big, and exit bigger.

📩 DM me “WIN BIG” if you’re in the space and ready to level up.
