Donna.

From the moment I arrived, the room felt light. Calm. Excited in that quiet, meaningful way.

She sat in my chair glowing — not just because she was a bride, but because she was ready. Ready to marry her person. Ready for the next chapter.

I had the honour of creating her hair and makeup, but the morning became so much more than that. Helping her into her gown. Adjusting delicate details. Sharing a glass of bubbles. Taking a deep breath together before she stepped into the day she had been dreaming of.

These are the moments I cherish most.

When you book me, you’re not just booking hair and makeup. You’re inviting someone into your morning — into the quiet in-between moments, the nerves, the laughter, the “is this really happening?”

I’m there to fix your veil. To fluff your dress. To steady your hands. To remind you how breathtaking you are.

This day unfolded so seamlessly with the most beautiful team:
@laurenmareecelebrant bringing such calm and warmth.
@capturedbykatherine_ capturing every fleeting, perfect moment.
@vhcountryestate providing the most breathtaking backdrop.

A truly effortless, love-filled day 🤍 by @audreybyronmakeup

Loving this up-style I did for Dakota for formals by @audreybyronmakeup

This week, Donna and Nate whisked themselves away to the breathtaking @vhcountryestate in the Tamborine Mountains for the most intimate and heartfelt elopement.

It was just the two of them, no crowd, no noise, no distractions. Just love, intention, and the quiet magic of choosing each other.

As their photographer, it was an honour not only to capture every glance, every tear, every smile, but also to stand as a witness while they promised forever. The emotion between Donna and Nate was tangible. The way they looked at one another, the way they held hands a little tighter during the vows, it was pure and deeply moving.

What made the day even more special was the beautiful team who came together like a second family to celebrate them.
Simone from @vhcountryestate ensured every detail was perfect, creating the most stunning and peaceful setting.

Lauren, of @laurenmareecelebrant, led the ceremony with such warmth and intention, gently guiding each moment and allowing the emotion in every word and pause to truly be felt.

And Audrey from @audreybyronmakeup made Donna feel radiant, calm, and completely herself, turning the bridal preparation into such a joyful and seamless experience.

Donna and Nate, thank you for allowing me to capture such an intimate chapter of your story. It is a celebration I will never forget.
