The first few months were honestly horrible, not just for me but also for my husband. And when he went back to work, it got even harder. It still is some days, but it’s gotten a lot better because God graciously revealed these things to me. So I hope this helps you the way it helped me 🤎
What’s one thing that helped you in your first year postpartum?

It’s so easy to sit inside and stare at the wall all day. But you don’t realize it’s making you more sad. Going outside isn’t going to change everything overnight but it will help especially if you’re consistent. I know cause I’m not just talking to you. So lmk if you needed to hear this too🤎😉
