August is 1! 🥹🎉💙

A whole year of being a Mommy to the most amazing, happy, smart, brave, curious, sweet and loving boy. This past year has been so rewarding! I was truly reborn when I had him and I’ve fallen more in love with myself through loving him. 🥰

August, thank you for all you are. You are truly one of a kind. A gift to us all. You came three months after we lost your Granddad and I know it my heart that you were sent to heal the piece of my heart that I thought would be broken forever. ❤️‍🩹🙌🏾

My prayer for you is that you never lose your joy. I pray you never let anyone tell you what you can’t do. I pray you make mistakes and learn from them. I pray that you always reach for the stars and know that Mommy, Daddy, sissy and your village will carry you through every high and low. Know that you were wanted and that you are loved. Wherever this life takes you, know that we Mommy and Daddy will be right by your side. Happy 1st birthday baby boy! 🙏🏾🥹🎉💙 9/5

Lastly, thank you God for trusting me with your son. I’m so honored and grateful to be his Mommy. And to my body that You created, thank you for allowing me to go a whole year and counting of exclusively breastfeeding. 🙌🏾🐄🐮

Mommy & Me! 🤱🏾

It’s is August’s blood to be a music lover. He was with me at every gig for 9 months when he was in my belly, his Daddy is an artist and his Granddad sang too. I love bringing him to live shows and hearing him in the crowd singing with me. Plus, he’s always so cute in his noise cancelling 🎧.

Happy 10 months to the happiest little baby boy!💙❤️

These 10 months have flown by! I can’t believe you’ll be a year old in a couple months. 😩 Slow downnnn, Mommy can’t take it. But as sad as I am to watch you grow so fast, I’m even more proud to watch you grow into the happy, intelligent, adventurous, brave, loving & funny little boy that you are. We love you! 💙 P.s stop blowing away all of my kisses lol

SN: August spent his first 4th of July in Canada lol

August turned 8 months on Cinco de Mayo 🇲🇽🌮

I lost my brother on the 1st and so much has happened since then but we made sure to celebrate him as we do on the 5th of every month. 🤗

This little boy makes everything better. He brings so much joy to our lives. Ugh, I’m so obsessed with him lol. I can’t believe how much he’s grown so fast. He’s crawling, standing on his own & talking up a storm. I’m almost certain he’ll be walking before 10 months 🥹. Slow down baby boy.

Happy 1st Mother’s Day to me! 💐

I can’t thank God enough for trusting me to be a Mother. There is nothing in this world that compares to the feeling I get from my babies. All my life I knew I wanted to be a mom. I didn’t know when, I didn’t know with who but I always prayed that I’d be able to bear children with someone worthy. And God delivered! 🙌🏾

Daria, thank you for accepting me and allowing me to be apart of your village. You’re the best daughter! I promise to always love you, protect you, listen to you, and help guide you. You will forever be my baby girl. I didn’t birth you but I’ll forever choose you. 🤞🏾💕

August, you are my Sonshine! You make everything better. You were made with love and it shows through you every single day. You are such a blessing to me and so many others. Your smile brightens every day. I pray every day that nothing/no one ever dims your light. You spark a fire in me that no one could. You are my joy, my strength and the best part of me. 🥹💙

To you both, I’ll never stop showing up for you. You two WILL make a difference in this world. It’s already a better place with you in it. Daddy and I will always be your number one fans. We will always be there to answer all your questions and help you to become the best versions of yourselves while aiming to give you the best versions of ourselves. Know that there’s nothing you could ever do that’ll make us turn our backs on you. You two are our world. And most importantly, I thank you for loving me. 🥹❤️ by @augustjbass

Happy 1st Easter and happy 7 months to August! 🥹🐰🐣✝️

Thank you God for trusting me to be his Mother. I do not take this blessing for granted. August is the greatest gift. He is so loving, silly, smart and already so charismatic. If you’ve ever been around him you know just how infectious that smile of his is. We absolutely adore him. 🥹🥰

Half way to ONE! 🥹🎉💙

Our big man turned 6 months yesterday! This milestone had me in my feels. August is truly a blessing to us all but it’s something about being his Mommy. Waking up to his smile every day and being the person he needs most is a special feeling. There’s nothing I’ve done in my life that is more rewarding than this. My body not only created/grew him but it’s also kept him alive while feeding his mind, body and soul for SIX whole months. We’ve shared so many beautiful moments in such a short time but watching him grow and seeing how smart and happy he is will forever be my favorite pastime. I thank God every day for picking me to be his Mommy and for hand selecting his Daddy to be my partner through it all. He truly is the best future husband and Daddy to our babies. This experience would not be as joyful, peaceful or easy without him. So, thank you baby for being you. @jaebass ❤️♾️

P.s I want to give a huge thank you to our village! I have to say this, it’s been 6 months and we have YET to have to buy AJ a single thing! We talk about how blessed we are because of it every day. So thank you thank you thank you to each and every one of you! 🥹🙌🏾

Happy Valentine’s Day to my little love! ❤️🌹

And happy 5 months baby boy. Oh what a blessing it is to be your Mommy! I thank God I get to wake up to your smile every day. That smile of yours brightens up every room and you warm so many hearts. You were made with so much love and it shows. Mommy and Daddy are so blessed to have you. 🥹🥰 #Baby #Love #ValentinesDay #MyLittleLove #Explore by @augustjbass

Forgot to post AJ’s 4 month pics. But we’ll have a 5month old in 2 days. Why is time moving so fast?! 🥹

AJ started trying foods at 4 months. Mommy makes all his purées. So far he’s tried carrots, avocados and sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes are his favorite so far. He’s also rolling over, scooting backwards and trying really hard to crawl. Our baby boy is still the happiest baby ever. 🥹💙 #BabyBoy #Son #4months #Fyp #Explore by @augustjbass

Yesterday August’s Godmommy and I discovered his love for basketball lol He’s been laughing a while now but I’d never seen him laugh this hard before. It was literally the cutest thing ever. And it’s so funny because at first his face gave crying but he was for sure laughing lol #CuteBaby #FunnyPost #Reels #fyp #explorepage by @augustjbass
