🦞 LOBSTER & FRIENDS ! 🦞

JULY 31 – AUGUST 9

Six breweries. Six exclusive collaboration beers. Ten days of lobster!

Over the past several months, we’ve teamed up with our friends from @eviltwinbrewing @foambrewers @hudsonvalleybrewery @mastlanding @otherhalfnyc and @trilliumbrewing to create six one-of-a-kind collaboration beers for our annual Lobster Week event. Each brew is a true mashup and collaboration, from the label art to the recipes, thoughtfully combining elements of our Lobster series with a beer that represents a flagship beer from each brewery. The result is six completely unique beers that could only happen through lengthy conversations and thoughtful collaboration.

Beginning July 31, we’re releasing all six collaboration beers in cans and draft, pouring them all week for our Lobster & Friends Tap Takeover at all three Aurora Brewing locations @aurorabrewco @aurorabrewcoroc @aurorabrewcocuse.

At our King Ferry and Syracuse locations, we’ll also be serving special lobster-inspired menus throughout the event, featuring fresh lobster rolls, lobster pizzas, and additional chef-created lobster specials.

🇮🇹 Sicilian Lemon Piacere 🍋

Ciao tutti!!!

Piacere (pya-CHEH-reh) means “pleasure” or “nice to meet you” in Italian. It’s a word that captures hospitality, being with company, and life’s simple joys—exactly what this beer is all about.

Our newest release of Piacere, our Italian-style Pilsner, is lightly dry hopped with mittelfruh and motueka hops, then gets a bright Sicilian twist with the addition of real Sicilian lemon during lagering.

If youve ever been to southern Italy or Sicily, you know this is home to the greatest lemons in the world! They are an integral part to the culture.

This beauty explodes with the pure essence of lemon, its crisp, refreshing, and bursting with vibrant citrus, its Mediterranean sunshine in a glass.

🎤 THAT BOOM BAP 🎤

AURORA X MWILL x ISS

More than a hazy IPA. More than a collaboration. This is a celebration of an era!

We’re incredibly proud to release That Boom Bap, a collaboration alongside Marlon Williams Jr., son of hip-hop icon @djmarleymarl Marl, in celebration of his limited vinyl release featuring a track “Whataver” with Mac Miller, that up until now, was only ever digitally available. Joining the collaboration is our friend Tom from @instyleshoes1999 , another icon in the sneaker industry, bringing together music, art, culture, and craft beer into one project.

Built on a soft foundation of Pilsner malt, wheat, and oats, That Boom Bap is double dry-hopped with Nelson Bliss and Motueka from @freestylehops, delivering layers of tropical fruit, fresh citrus, and bright lime over a soft and extremely pillowy body.

Every detail of this project was a true collaboration. From the beer to the artwork, ideas flowed from everyone involved. The hand-drawn label by Marlon captures the nostalgia of ‘90s hip-hop and the culture that shaped us during our time in and around New York City—a time when music, sneakers, vinyl, and street art weren’t just trends, they were a way of life.

This one’s for the crate diggers, sneakerheads, beer lovers, and anyone who still remembers the sound of a needle dropping on fresh vinyl.

🍻One brewery. Two stops. One perfect summer day.

🐟💦Started with a pint by the canal in Rochester, then made the trek to the original brewery on Cayuga Lake for pizza, wings, great beer, horses, shuffleboard, and plenty of room for the kids to roam.

🔥Finished the day the right way: a Kölsch to-go by the fire.

MEGA. MOTUEKA. FRESH TO DEATH. 🍋🥝🌴

We took our flagship Fresh to Death IPA and cranked the Motueka dial all the way up. Hopped twice with @freestylehops Motueka and @phantasm.nz sauv blanc powder!

Mega Motueka Fresh to Death is loaded with ridiculous amounts of New Zealand Motueka hops, bringing waves of fresh lime zest, tropical citrus, sweet melon, and that unmistakable NZ hop character we can’t get enough of.

Soft, juicy, and bursting with hop aroma from the first crack of the can to the last sip.

Back, finally, is one of our favorite hops. PEACHARINE! This hop blew our minds last year after trying it. Our afresh to Death base with 100% peacharine in the dry hop, twice. Aromas of fresh peach, white gummy bears, peach candy, pineapple, lead to a perfectly juicy, creamy finish.
